I'm giving one star because I can't give "0". I had a blood test done on 4/2/24. Didn't get results, so I called them a week later, on 4/9/24. After waiting 1 1/2 hours for Quest to answer the phone, I was told that their machine is broken and that I will not get my T3 reverse test results until after they repair their broken machine, which may happen on 4/28/24. DO NOT GO TO ANY QUEST DIAGNOSTICS LAB. You may die before you get your test results. With all the money they make from us customers, they cannot replace a broken machine or rush the repairs. SHAME ON QUEST DIAGNOSTICS.

Went in today for some blood work. Sorry I didn't get the names of the two girls who were there, but they were awesome! Helpful with the registration process and the blood draw was painless.

Worst lab ever! I am a cash customer and prior to my visit I received an estimate of service for $324 for basic labs (cbc, thyroid, etc.). I had them drawn and received a bill yesterday for $611!! I thought it was a mistake and called the billing dept only to be told that that the estimate is only an estimate and they would not provide a discount or lower my bill. Furthermore, she was extremely rude and said if I did not pay within 45 days my credit would be affected. I will not use this dishonest lab again or recommend to any of my patients.

Went in today to get some blood work and had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer and Tish. Jennifer was training and wow... Tish must be an excellent mentor because Jennifer did an amazing job,.., 100% qualified. Great job Jennifer. I highly recommend this Quest. Friendly and Professional... and thank you again for excellent care and service Tish and Jennifer. Great online service: easiest way to make appointments, Checkin when arrive with courtesy text messages. Supper beneficial and helpful.

I am a cash pay customer. Before my appointment for routine labs, I received an estimate for around $300. I had my labs drawn and today received my bill for $611!! I called the billing department to discuss, but they were no help and basically said rudely "too bad!" So now I am stuck with a $611 bill. Quest lies and I will never use them again. Why lie and rip off people who are cash pay customers? Dishonest company and rude customer service.

Had such a fantastic experience with Desi. I did not feel the needle stick at all!Make an appointment and there is little to no wait time. Super quick in and out.

Terrible service we have an appointment and we have to wait until 2hours after because Quest diagnostics never received my husband oncologist paperwork . Went ask oncologist and explained me appointment was done week ago Nurses are rude and change my husband appointment

I have used quest for years. This is our link between UCLA and Bakersfield. The lab techs there are incredibly rude. I use quest every 3 months for my child. The orders standing or new never change. I asked the tech to double check an order. She didn't. I stepped out to confirm with our dr. When back in to ask her to check again. A second employee decided to argue and insert herself. Like a child rolled her eyes and said I was not being clear when I asked her to check the first time. Both employees were extremely disrespectful. Will not use quest again.

there is no number to call to actually speak to anyone before actully going to their office. everything is through an automateded system.
