“This is by far the best printing and scanning shop in town! I looked everywhere to find someone to scan my original artwork but I couldn’t find anyone in town who could scan an oversized piece of fine art on flat glass. I was almost ready to head to LA, but one last phone call led me to Graphics Printing and Shipping. I was a little skeptical at first but Mark went over and above to assure me that I got the best possible high resolution image of my work. “Good convenient location for residents in the area to ship out Amazon returns and such. Also, the employees are fast and efficient.
Just one caveat. I had a winery send two boxes of wine to this ups store as I wasn’t going to be home to sign for package.
Apparently the store charges $10/box to have items shipped to them for pick up. This was definitely a surprise. I ended up paying $20 to get my two boxes.
I did a quick research and it appears ups stores generally charge a few dollars (saw various posting ranging anywhere from a couple to 5 dollars) when boxes are shipped to them directly. But I still thought 10 per box was excessive.
My advice, don’t have anything shipped directly to this ups store.”

“I wouldn’t say mailing a package is the most enjoyable experience…but UPS (specifically the team at this location) makes it not be terrible! UPS is not a daunting place to visit; I feel like the staff are friendly and always quick to help with what I need. Lines move quickly and service is efficient.”

“This review is overdue… Jason and The Print Shack downtown, Bakersfield are great. It has been so easy to communicate with him over the years and he has always had my back with quick turn around printing needs. I volunteer with a local nonprofit and have a business in town we’ve printed shirts for The Innovation Lab a few times with The Print Shack. I’ve also utilized the print shack for business printing needs. The quality, pricing and attention to detail has been great, I think I started working with him in 2019, five years and counting of great service! Best part is seeing how the shirts and quality have held up over the past five years, we hosted an event a couple months ago and some of the Innovators were wearing some of the original shirts from 2019 and they looked brand new!”
