This review is overdue… Jason and The Print Shack downtown, Bakersfield are great. It has been so easy to communicate with him over the years and he has always had my back with quick turn around printing needs. I volunteer with a local nonprofit and have a business in town we’ve printed shirts for The Innovation Lab a few times with The Print Shack. I’ve also utilized the print shack for business printing needs. The quality, pricing and attention to detail has been great, I think I started working with him in 2019, five years and counting of great service! Best part is seeing how the shirts and quality have held up over the past five years, we hosted an event a couple months ago and some of the Innovators were wearing some of the original shirts from 2019 and they looked brand new!

Poor customer service. Their sign says they do various types of prints (paper and clothing). I came into the shop to print a couple of posters. As I walked in there was no greeting just a plain "we don't do that" and that was it. Felt like they didn't even care and plus even if they were able to help me after all I would just skip.

Print shack has really fast service. He found me a blue pen as well to sign my important documents. Highly recommended over staples.

Absolutely amazing work! Quick turn around time.The staff is incredible and so kind, they were quick to help our family when we lost a loved one recently and they were able to come up with exactly what we were wanting but even better! I called Print Shack about two weeks prior to this post about doing a price estimate on something, and they said they would get back to me in a few days. A week later, I called back and whoever answered said 'I guess they don't want to do it'. I understand a lot of things are going on right now, but I feel that things could have been handled more professionally, maybe an e-mail declining our business when we first reached out. I'm giving them 3 stars because my company worked with them in the past and we love their work (that's why I went there first), I just wish I experienced the friendliness of the staff that I'm reading about in the other reviews, or maybe more professionalism. Obviously we're going to go with a different company now, but hopefully we can give Print Shack another try in the future, and have a more positive experience.

Came here for copying services. They are much cheaper than the big name stores like FedEx and UPS, and give you personalized attention and help. Highly recommend for any printing needs.
