“I personally love this office .very friendly and helpful.it sadnes me to see we can no longer have an outdoor mail box here due to the homeless situation in our town. But they have been there many years. I wish the building was given more respect.”

“I hope I gave the RIGHT post office, I went to Fedex on Oak yesterday, they didn't give me ANY help, the big hispanic man, didn't even CARE. I went up the street to the post office almost across the street from McDonald's, and the lady at the desk was WONDERFUL, she helped me get my IMPORTANT papers off by helping me look up the correcct address, I asked your name and I forgot it, but YOU had black hair and a BEAUTIFUL smle and was VERY sweet and nice some that CUSTOMER SERVICE workers should posess but all DON'T. THANK YOU again, I had postage stamps on each envelope and you said I didn't need all of those, I HOPE you remember me so you can know I didn't lie about giving you a good review, YOU DESERVE IT.”

“I have used this post office for about two years. I was always treated with courtesy & given good suggestions for sending packages. I am glad that this one & the other on Dole are conveniently located, otherwise we’d have to go all the way out by Pegasus Dr where there’s always lines.”
“Employees are absolutely amazing and the service is outstanding!!! I never wait very long in line and I know the employees by name! Absolutely recommend this post office above all others!!!! Oh and the lady with tattoos is absolutely FABULOUS!!! She is so professional always has a smile on her face and knows me by name !!!! I love her I wait for her service because she’s so good at her job! I mailed off care packages for the military for Christmas and she spent 2 hours with me patiently with the paperwork she deserves a raise!!!! Pinky is beyond an amazing worker and goes far beyond what is required of her to make sure the customer is taken care of!!!!!!!”
“I have been here many times, and it is usually quick and easy to get in and out. A couple of weeks ago, I had to mail a certified letter, and the clerk was really helpful. Guess your attitude towards them affects the way they treat you.”

“I love this place for 3 years so far through 2023 and more. I live 50 miles away in Lake Isabella up a winding mountain road and the post office people up there are very rude so I take a bus 1 hour each way in order to get my mail and these people are always nice. Then might as well go to Jack in The Box and maybe Walmart while I'm down there. But my mail and packages are very safe down there and they weren't in Isabella. In fact, when I asked Isabella where my slow cooker was that I ordered they yelled at me and said they don't have time to look for it and to come back in a week. The next day, 3 years ago, I went to Bakersfield, got my PO box and haven't looked back since.”
