I get all my boots repaired here, great quality great price. I seen a review that said he doesn't know how to talk to people that is incorrect. He's like an old school dad type of guy, cracks jokes, gives responses with sarcasm here and there, if your easily offended this isn't the place for you.

Friendly and excellent service. My shoe repair that I used for years closed down - I was so excited to find Polo's! High quality workmanship, reasonably priced that I have already used several times and will continue to do so!

My husband and I had our wedding boots custom designed, fitted and made here. While there was a language barrier, he worked VERY hard to communicate with us to make our boots EXACTLY as we wanted them. We are 100% satisfied with our boots and have already sent friends his way! The custom boot process is pretty extensive - you will have a LOT of choices to make so it is helpful to have a photo from MANY angles of the boots you want him to mimic or even better, bring your favorite pair in. He also does sole repair and other custom leather work. 10/10 will return.

I went in with an odd request of adjusting my sunshade for my car, and the gentleman that works there said he was up for the task. He got it done and it looks spectacular. Super friendly, and great quality, 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone.

I love this place as the owner Juvenal has always done a phenomenal job with all my shoe needs. He is always offering up his advice on the best route to take with the repair and always puts the customer first! Whenever I need my shoes repaired, there is no other place that I rather go to than Heel Quik Shoe Repair. Prices are reasonable and you are guaranteed to walk away satisfied with the work done on your shoes and valued as a customer. Hoping this business keeps up the good work and that the community can also continue to support this small business during this difficult time.

I brought a pair of suede boots to have the heel replaced. These boots had definitely seen better times, but they are my favorite so I was trying to get as much life out of them as possible. They were in pretty rough shape and I doubted I could wear them to work anymore. But when I picked them up, they had restored not only the heel, but the brown suede back to what it almost was when the boots were new. I was completely shocked. I also brought in a pair of cowboy boots where the snakeskin had dried and started to separate. . He fixed those, cleaned and shined them, and for $30 they were also looking like new. The place is simple and the customer service is fine. But I have found the craftsmanship and pricing to be FAR better than other shoe repair stores in the area. I would not hesitate to bring any pair of shoes or boots here for repair. I actually don't really see any reason to ever go anywhere else

Never have used a shoe repair. Glad I found this place! Had a favorite pair of leather ankle boots where the heel was so worn, it was almost nonexistent. For $14 bucks, he put on new heel soles, fixed the scuffs on the heels, and polished my whole boots. They came out amazing. So happy to have my boots good as new!

Wonderful work on my daughter's faux leather backpack style purse. The interior zipper was not working and the bag had torn at the clasp. You cannot tell there was a repair done. The bag looks like new! I was truly amazed. The work was thouroghly explained, reasonably priced and ready as promised. I highly recommend!

If you need shoe or boot repair I highly recommend this place! I needed my favorite sandles repaired and they were able to fix it in less than 10 mins. This place is also super affordable. I had my sandles repaired at another repair shop in town and for the same repair it was $20! This place only charged my $5!!!! I'll be back again if I need shoe repair!

Stopped in to have a couple of holes punched in my new sandals and was out of there in less than 5 minutes! Super fast and kind, wouldn't even let me pay him just said next time!! What an unexpected surprise! Will bring all my shoes here from now on!
