When starting our business, my partner and I shopped around a few different banks looking for the right fit. Pacific Western was the last stop on our list and after being fairly underwhelmed by the other institutions, we were blown away by the ladies we met at Pacific Western Bank! They were so kind and genuinely interested in helping us-- and not just help us by selling their service, but by asking about our business and then brainstorming all kinds of ideas for how to help us succeed! It wasn't phony or "sales-y" just a bunch of professionals eager to see two brand new entrepreneurs succeed at their dream. Throw in the great rates and incredibly reasonable service fees and we are convinced we have found our forever business bank.

This bank is very good to work with. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They are located at the Market Place. Michelle was a pleasure to work with. She helped me with my issue very quickly. She specializes in small business loans.

We have used Pacific Western as our business bank for three years now. By far the best customer service bank I have worked with. They actually come to you when they need signatures.

I have had the opportunity to deal with the employees of this bank on several occasions for various details. I have always found them to be professional, knowledgeable, courteous and detail oriented. It is also so nice to walk into a place of business and have people greet you with a smile. They always make me feel like they are happy to see me and cannot wait to assist me. The Best!

I opened a business checking account earlier this year, and I'm sorry I hadn't before. I've never had such a positive experience inside a bank. I'm greeted by name upon entering the building, I get absolutely professional service, and they're able to answer any question I have.

Over the last year I have worked with both Roberta and Michele. They have both treated me with respect and care. It wouldn't matter what somebody's banking needs are, I would refer them to Pacific Western Bank.
