Not really knowledgeable about their parts on hand and too reliant on the customer for ideas on troubleshooting. But overall decent atmosphere, until it gets dark.

I didn’t appreciate how one of their workers upon my asking him where a certain product was, told me to look at the brand that was a “special.” When I brought two of them up to the counter to pay, I discovered that the product that was on “special” was more expensive than the regular brands. He should have also said that the product was more expensive than the regular product. Luckily, since I noticed the different at the register, I switched them out myself. You should train your staff to be more helpful to the customer and not motivated by what the company wants to promote.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Manager refused to let me write statement and didn't apologize. Horrible experience with the balding man telling me to come to the cash register when I'm walking with a battery to him as if I was going to steal it.
