“I stopped by this local business for an oil change before I continued on a my long road trip across the country. The extremely honest technician told me that I had enough oil to make it to (even past) my destination and suggested that I just wait, to save money. He then checked my fluids and filled my tires for free. He refused to accept payment for anything, including topping off my fluids a bit. I couldn’t believe the level of integrity and grace at this business! Unfortunately, most of the world is not this honest or kind or professional. I wish that Teeters Mobil 1 Lube Express would be the standard for everyone! Thank you so much for making my day!”

“I knew my os2 sensor had went but the diagnosed a bad fuel injector, fortunately it had a lifetime warranty when they replaced all the injectors a few years ago. The amount of time and understanding that they put into satisfying the customer just goes above and beyond what you see at other automotive shops...they actually listen to the customer. I will come again and recommend this shop to anyone. This shop thrives to continue the standards set by their grandfather, who started this business. They are the best!!!”

“Hello, I highly recommend this business. They're down-to-earth, honest, and they definitely know their stuff. If you go in for an oil change, that's what they'll do. No upselling, no games, no gimmicks. They even show you the dipstick so you know that your car now has enough oil. My Honda dealership never did that! Ha! The owner is super cool. I'm new to Bakersfield and asked him if he knew an honest windshield replacement company. He did, and they were fantastic! So make the trip up to NE BAK and give them a try, you'll be happy that you did.”

“They made me feel better by answering all my questions and explaining why those changes had occurred. I traveled from Washington down to Bakersfield for the first time by myself ever. So I had concerns about why my oil pressure was registering higher than usual and it had to do with the change of heat viscosity. In other words :

I’ve purchased tires here before, and today got a free flat repair and tire rotation. Which is an amazing value.
But that’s not why I’m writing a review today. I’m writing the review because the customer service is outstanding. Rare do you find a tire shop that genuinely cares about their clients. I happen to witness it first hand today from the front desk with Tony and how he was helping an older lady.
Also, the professionals and care I experienced today also with Tony assisting me.
I believe you build a business through relationships, and they’re doing it the right way.

“We are in the middle of our cross country road trip. Our camper van was due for an oil change, this Valvoline was the closest to our campground, and we were very pleased with the service. Angel and Danny up top were very polite, professional and efficient. Joseph, below, was fast and did a good job. I accidentally brushed the side of my rig against a pylon outside, and the guys gave me great suggestions on how to remove the paint scuffs. In fact one guy ran to his vehicle and gave me a bottle of nufinish scratch remover. So nice! I highly recommend this Valvoline for your vehicle service. Great bunch of employees!!!”

A few years ago, an individual servicing my cabin filter inadvertently left the glove compartment disassembled. Consequently, it has been swinging open ever since. Mr. John R. located one of the missing components and successfully reinstalled it, resolving the issue. It is noteworthy that this is the first time such a comprehensive repair has been performed during my visits to your establishment, despite the fact that the initial oversight occurred on your premises. “I’ve been coming to this place couple of times now and so far no complaints in terms of wrench work or customer services. In fact I had issue unlocking my truck and one of the employees went across the street (I believe) and got a slim Jim and got it open for me so that was awesome. It’s a first come first serve so I’d recommend coming early especially if you need little extra work on vehicle. Only negative thing if anything is parking can be a tight squeeze if you have big truck/SUV.”
“Stopped in Bakersfield during a cross country road trip to see some family, and needed to get an oil change and some additional preventative work done on my car before going back on the road. Lorenzo and the entire team were extremely helpful and friendly, got my car taken care of, and had it ready same day. Lastly, it was done at a very reasonable price!
