“I recently bought a truck, I didn't exactly know what services it needed and when the last service was performed. I was going to start off with an oil change, the service tech was able to look up the service records and told me I didn't need one yet. He also told me the services due next on the vehicle and that I was currently up to date. He could have just let me start with an oil change I didn't actually need yet, the fact that he didn't do that says alot. “Sergio and Nathan were a huge help! I had what looked like a bird’s nest—or something similar—stuck in a pocket under the hood of my car, and it was causing a terrible smell. I was nervous to keep driving it, but by the time I realized the issue, it was already 4:30 PM and no other place nearby could take a look.Thankfully, they told me to come by, and they were able to remove the nest along with the rest of the debris in my hood quickly and efficiently. They didn’t charge me for it and were both personable and professional throughout the process. I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future—they also let me know they do a wide range of car work. Thank you both so much!”

Kyle helped me he told me a hour and half wait time not only was it done sooner but come to find out he is the manager and I saw him working in the shop with his team. Blew my mind that a manager was with his team working that is the very definition of a leader lead by example. I had a fallout with a different location and decide to give this location a shot due to having free lifetime tire rotations because I bought my tires thru big brand. Corporate better take care of this manager due to the fact that its very very seldom to see a manager working just like his team. Great job sir and looking forward to future business. “A huge big thanks to Liz and the crew at Break Masters for the assistance Aug 19th 2024! My work truck ABS breaks alarm came on, breaks began to tighten up while driving on hwy178 in the canyon coming down the mountain. Yikes, huge pucker moment! Liz drove me to my hotel and picked me up. The bill was under $440.
The shop took me with no appt and back on the rd under 5 hours.

No upselling, no games, no gimmicks. They even show you the dipstick so you know that your car now has enough oil. My Honda dealership never did that! Ha! The owner is super cool.
