It is SO frustrating when it feels like we are the only person in the entire store!! Just LOST!! These two need a RAISE!! :)”
“For years I was responsible for maintaining a fleet of some 60 odd spray trucks with Briggs & Stratton and Honda driven pumps. I bought all our parts from Ace and the price was always fair. What was better than fair was that they would let me pick their brains when I was troubleshooting or if I was puzzled over any issues they were happy to advise me on how to handle them. Lots of other shops would just shrug their shoulders and advise me to have them do the work. These guys taught me a lot and kept me looking good to my employers because, (as far as they knew) I could do the work.I recently bought a chainsaw from them and saved about $40 over the lowest price I could find elsewhere. This is a good place.”

Most of my purchases is gardening related and one of the most sweetest, knowledgeable, caring, helpful and super professional sales person I’ve ever seen is Lupe, she will never verbally tell you or point her finger to tell you “it’s over there” rather she will walk with you to show you the item you’re asking for
Also last week when I went for curbside pickup Irwin approached me as soon as I parked at the designated parking and helped me with my pick up super fast
