Hello, I highly recommend this business. They're down-to-earth, honest, and they definitely know their stuff. If you go in for an oil change, that's what they'll do. No upselling, no games, no gimmicks. They even show you the dipstick so you know that your car now has enough oil. My Honda dealership never did that! Ha! The owner is super cool. I'm new to Bakersfield and asked him if he knew an honest windshield replacement company. He did, and they were fantastic! So make the trip up to NE BAK and give them a try, you'll be happy that you did.

Didn’t change my oil.I paid $90 for a oil change and a month later my car was acting funny. Went to a mechanic and I was told my oil was never changed. It was completely black and all my fluids were low. I will be taking legal action.Service: Oil change

Family run business that did a quick and amazing job in changing the oil and filter in my car. The service also came with checking maintenance things such as checking/filling tire air pressure, checking/filling windshield wiper fluid, and check of other fluids in the car to make sure that it is within operational level. Lilia did an amazing job in entertaining my questions about oil change (regular oil vs synthetic) and even taught me about setting the oil engine light setup in the dashboard (something I did not know despite having my car for 10 years).

Had my oil and belts changed here recently. Never tried to sell me on work I didn't need like other oil change locations I've been to, and covered any tune-ups needed for the belts. Amazing customer service. If you're looking for a reliable shop that won't try to take advantage of you and does quality work, look no further.

I love this place. I was stuck out in Bakersfield when my check oil light went on and just happened to pull in here. Lucky me! Not only were they super fast, but Steve and his wife are possibly the sweetest couple I have met in a long time. By far the best oil change I have ever had. And I absolutely adored their waiting area, which had vintage automotive posters plus a very comfy couch and good conversation along with the coffee. It was like being at a diner instead of a mechanic.
