I open an account with them. My disability compensation is being direct deposit into my account, when I logged into my account, I do not even see it pending. I get paid once a month, and I use that money for my mortgage payment. Just got off the phone with their customer service rep, and he told me he can not see the direct deposit then got the nerve to tell me they will hold my direct deposit couple of days after the date which is on the 1st of December. I think I made a wrong decision in opening an account with BoA. He then told me to call the VA five times to ask them where is my money. I told him each time that I already called them and spoke with someone, and they saw my new bank information and verified the correct routing and account number before even calling BoA. It is a government check and you going to hold onto my funds for couple of days. I have to pay my mortgage. Then he want me to call BoA tomorrow to find out what's going on. Who have they working for them!!! I want my money.

Slowest service ever in line for ten minutes before they got one customer out hopefully I get to the front before they close by the way it's 12:58. That's how slow it is and workers in the back talking and laughing while the line is out the door with only 2 tellers open

This B of A location does not ensure ATMs are in working order. They have one drive through and two walk up ATMs that are routinely malfunctioning including eating debit cards. You are forced to go inside the bank only to wait one hour and twenty minutes in line (one teller for business accounts and one teller for all other). The line was wrapped out the door. They want to charge the customer $15 to get a new debit card expedited when their machine malfunctioned and ate it. Otherwise it would take four to seven days to receive a replacement card. The bank manager lectured me on not saying anything negative to other customers while she sat on the lower countertop. Whatever you do take your business elsewhere!

This bank is obviously very poorly ran. Every time I come here there's a long line of people standing outside. I have been standing outside for 30 min. It is almost 4:30 and they only have two tellers working. I just left Valley Strong and they had four tellers and no one having to stand in a long line. The manager of Coffee Toad should be ashamed! He/she needs to do a much better job of organizing his staffing and trying harder to meet his/her clients needs and servicing clients for effectively. I will give them an F rating.

Long wait, very rude security guard outside. This guard allowed a Person wait in without asking question.
