I buy gas here every week and today when I pulled in to fill up my car died. Had to wait for Triple-A to show up. In the meantime, despite buying gas & frequenting this place every week, I was denied the use of their restroom “for customers only”. The F’ing sand people that run this place obviously don’t realize those of us buying gas ARE customers beyond the street ilk wandering in. Won’t be stopping at this location again even if it means going out of my way to avoid it.This is in clear violation of California’s bill AB1017 which mandates businesses open to the public allow said customers access to a “water closet with toilet and sink.” Instead I was discriminated against and made to feel like a homeless person, left to defecate on the street, despite spending an average of $300/month just on gas (per my Exxon Mobil statement), and that doesn’t include the lotto/snack purchases made inside the store. I am following up with a complaint to the state board responsible for enforcing this rule and with Exxon/Mobil corporate. I’m clearly not the only one with complaints about this location after the “Third world new ownership element” took over!

It was better when Karen and Tim owned the station! Now every week the prices on everything go up, even on a cup of ice (made from tap water), rude staff, horrible car wash that never actually has soap and the blow dry always leaves your car wet all-over. Vacuums clogged up and barely work, and worst of all, greedy gas prices in a relatively poor modest neighborhood (lots of stations in town down to $5 range a gallon)

Rude employees, cashiers pocketed change. No speak English, hung up phone every time we called to speak to manager. Never would return calls. Given run around for 5 days now and still problem is not resolved.

Nice staff, great snack and hot food selection (deep fried burritos, wedges, chicken) and locally made bannana and zucchini bread that is fantastic. Not the cheapest gas in the neighborhood, but it's just a couple of cents off. Owner operated.

My neighborhood store... Always fill up, run my car through the car wash and vacuum it out here... Everything you need in a convenience store and the staff are old school and interact with the customers... Keep up the good work Mobil
