I have lived in a couple different apartment complexes and this is by far the most quiet and well managed. The pool is always clean, anytime I have had a service request there has been a repair person at my unit within 24 hours,one plumbing emergency they were there within 25 minutes. The manager for the complex listens to everything and seems to genuinely care about the people living there.

I've lived in other apt. complexes before, but this is the most convenient and efficient one of them all. I'm really thankful and grateful to have a manager here that really care about the overall welfare of her tenants. She has a very heartfelt concern for the safety and welfare of her tenants. Thank God for her

Vary nice place to live. I have been here 7 years. The new manager Melanie really clean the place up. She has been here 4 years and the property just keeps getting better.

I have had nothing but good response with the neighbors the grounds the pool everything is just lovely nice and quiet always clean. All the repairs were taken care with the utmost speed very good manager.I been here now going on my third lease.

I just hang up with a ñady at the office and she is so stressful that I was asking the same questions. Sho had attitude and I decide it to say bye. It looks like they do not have maners to treat customers.

This place is a rip off. We lived there for over a year. When we moved out they said we destroyed the carpets by 85 percent. They were new when we moved in. They charged us for cleaning the oven and replacing the cook top burner inserts which we replaced with brand new. Don’t rent there!!!

This Apartment complex is a complete joke. I was charged 1500 dollars on my credit for leaving the apartment “inhabitable” this is pure not true they have never ever had any issues out of me while I resided here. And to be charged for damages to if not one of the best kept bug free apartments in this whole complex is completely absurd. I don’t recommend no one to live here if this the type of retaliation that occurs upon moving out. Attached is photos of pure Cleanliness nothing ever was damaged. These people are lying !! Our Apartment was cleaned and we went over and beyond !! SMH The management was being turned over to someone else who never did a walk through in the beginning!! I don't owe them shxt!! I guaranty that it look 100 from the people they let move in after , they had motor cycles and auto parts all up in there working on motors and shxt!! Damn shame !!!

To be honest I had a immaculate apartment in this community, pics included. Upon relocating the plot thickened. Received a list of things that "needed" to be repaired or left in inhabitable conditions. Now there's a 1500 claim on my consumer credit report reflecting inaccurate information. It's unfair for someone who keeps a highly clean and sanitized living space to be charged all these charges upon moving out when I have never lived in inhabitable living conditions. Property management was in the switch over process and I don't know if this had anything to do with my inaccurate fix list but please remove this off my credit it unfair and very inaccurate to charge a very neat and tidy resident these type of charges. Whomever is responsible for the inaccurate information being submitted please note these pictures and let me know how we can rectify this

If I could give this apartment complex zero stars I would. I currently live here and DO NOT recommend anyone to ever move here or consider it. Manager is rude and never in her office. She never answers the phone or returns messages. People are constantly coming in and out of the gates because they are NOT secure and “security” does absolutely nothing. No cameras. My car got STOLEN right from inside the gates. I am supposed to feel protected in my own area that is gated FOR A REASON. I have nothing against marijuana BUT our apartment reeks of it and the manager lives RIGHT NEXT DOOR. I know she smells it too. There are children that live here and that is completely unacceptable. I am disgusted with how the grounds are not kept maintained. There are constant broken sprinklers (water spraying everywhere), trash all over the place. People parking in places they aren’t supposed to be parked (handicap, red lines, etc.) I could go on and on but I hope anyone looking to rent here gets the point.
