So we had a great time buying iPhones, upgrading each line, and turning our personal lines to business lines...and answering our never ending questions. His customer service and knowledge on Apple and Samsung products were on point. He knew the ins and outs of all the products that we have from iPhone, Apple watch, iPads and Note phone. Highly recommend you ask for Jorge! He has 10yrs plus of experience and very professional. Thanks Jorge for explaining everything to my family and never making us feel rushed.

Ive been with MetroPcs for about 10+years now and I've been to almost all the different Metro store locations in Bakersfield But i wish i could give the employees way more than 5 ★★★★★'s at the Metro on Rosedale Hwy! For the past 10 years, Every time i had to come in for whatever issue im having with my phone/chargers/account,each person on their management and all the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and has helped me so far above and beyond-enough to make me sit down and actually write out a review!?Hern, Xandra, Jasmine and everyone else at the Rosedale store- I am truly grateful to all of them. good customer service is SO HARD TO COME BY THESE DAYS,ESPECIALLY IN BAKERSFIELD!! They have opened the doors for me even when they were closing, they have resolved so many technical or billing problems I've had within minutes, explaining to me everything I don't understand, i never have to worry about someone trying to scam me or oversell anything and they really seem to genuinely care for the company and their customers! So great job to your team at metro on Rosedale! Thank you for years of great in store experiences!?-D?

Xandra was very helpful, she made sure my phone service was up and running even doing a test call before sending me on my way. She treated me with the absolute most respect and made it so I could get a phone despite my budget and financial situation. It’s sad to hear she doesn’t work there anymore she will be missed by a lot of customers.

This is essentially a T-mobile store, however, they will, if you qualify set you up with an affordable, or free government owned phone plan. I would opt for the male sales associate upon arrival, as the female Sandra, helped me with no customer oriented skills ar all. Very dull, no hello, no thank you, did not explain options well, sounded tired and bored; and when my phone set-up service was complete she literally went to the back office for several.minutes, (came back with a filled up water bottle) and proceed to talk with her co- worker, leaving me standing there not knowing if I was finished with my plan set-up and all my info. On the counter: ID, SIM card, and t-mobile receipt. I had to ask if I was all set up. WoW ???? and I have worked in customer service.before.

I was very impressed by the young lady's knowledge and attitude. She was very helpful and friendly. Efficient without a trace of impatience or rudeness. Overall I would recommend this store to anyone.
