We had a Metro store in Arvin and it was very convenient for my mom but they closed that office and moved back to Lamont. Their customer service sucks they are TOO busy with their cells to look up. If it wasn't for the bell thst goes off when you walk in they wouldn't left look up.

The customer service sucks, they give off attitudes that are very unwelcoming, this lady charged me 700 and something dollars and said the transaction didn’t go through. I had to call the bank in the store. Which, verified the transaction. The metro representative refused to give me any type of documentation to verify the transaction didn’t go through. The lady had a phone looking as if she was taking a picture of the screen, consistently tell me to have a seat. With all my personal information. The transaction, unprofessional conduct, gave me a feeling of fraudulent activity was taken place. I want my money back ASAP.

This metro stole my money. 4/27/23 I attempted to purchase 2 iPhone 11s from this location. The employee gave me a bad vibe (whatever) I need 2 phones. Well this lady asked for my address and DL and told me to go sit down. With my personal information, next she asked me to pay for the phones. The whole time she is texting on her phone. After I put my pin and the machine, indicated transaction complete remove your card she told me sometimes her credit card machine didn't work and made gestures towards the ice shop and cigarette store informing me I need to go get cash for the transaction that was just completed. I reviewed my bank app, the money was deducted from my available balance, so I call my bad and the representative was on speaker phone she informed them the transaction had cleared. The metro pcs representative was very adamant about the transaction not going through. However, the bank continue to inform me that the transaction I went through and they have received their funds. The metro PCS employee said that he didn't that I needed to go get cash to complete the transaction. She is crazy, I immediately contacted the fraud department, informing them of the issue associated with the purchase of the cell phones and the transaction that didn't go through per MetroPCS representatives. I filed a fraud claim immediately. Now it has to go under investigation. This is awful image of I would not have checked my app and contacted the bank and just have gone and gotten the cash. I appreciate modern technology however; fraud is at a all time high the lack of morals and integrity is awful. I'm so mad at myself for not reading the room over looking the bad customer service for instant gratification in the form of new cellphones and my money was taken. Everyone doesn't have 700 + that can be taken and go through a fraud claim situation be cautious. The ethical issues associated with this location is not worth your money

I went in there wanting to purchase a replacement phone for my son ...I wanted an upgrade but was told I'm not eligible for that ..so I ended up getting a TCL paying full price before it went my hands I decided. Didn't want it when the iPhone 11 was a couple 100's more ..she told me I couldn't return and it wasn't even in my hands yet ..told me it was an upgrade ..how's that when I pay full price

I had a really great experience at this store location. Marlena was the sell representative that helped me out and I was very satisfied with my purchase. Most metros i go to never want to help with transferring my information to my new phone and she did it with no hesitation. Will be coming to this location more often.
