The manager is very unprofessional denied my service when I went in there at 6:50pm and told me they shut there machine right when I got to the desk to pay my bill then decided to call me a lier when I filed a complaint this is unacceptable for anyone will not ever go back there

Customer service was great the only bad thing is the air conditioner was out and I felt bad for the employees having to work when it was hot and stuffy in the office I hope they got it fixed

I used Metro by T-Mobil for about one year. Metro provides excellent mobile phones at economic prices. Metro is an option for people who are tired of paying exuberant prices from other mobile companies.

Anything tmobike is awesome. I think metro was sprint previously which was an awful company. They should count their blessings that they were bought by tmobike and had their name changed. You can get phones, chargers, cases,etc. The network they have piggyback off of Verizon so it's slower than att and other big names but the customer service and the value you get is worth that cut in its weight in gold.
