Revve 6 is by far the worst phone you could ever buy do not do it it's a waste of time and money you don't get your calls the drops the call the messages don't get sent you cannot do s*** with this phone by far you are better off with a flip phone seriously

I was helped by Joanna. She was courteous and knowledgeable, and eventhough a sale didn't take place today (need to wait for that pay check) she provided excellent and knowledgeable customer service. Will ask for her the next time.

This store is horrible. I went in to cancel a line and was talked into getting 2 more lines (Free Lines) and was told that I would save money by doing so. To start my lines were unlimited data with 10GB hotspot. for $80 per month. I first was told that it would be $112 and that would cover everything. I agreed and within a few clicks on the keyboard I was told..."I am so sorry, but I forgot about the taxes... it is going to be $146 today and that will cover everything." Hesitantly I agreed and stated I was on my lunch break and needed to hurry along. A few clicks later and she told me about this HUGE PROMOTION that would not cost me a penny today and I would put this device in my car and be able to track it anywhere and get free Hotspot in my car and the device was again..."FREE" LOL SILLY ME... Sure I love "FREE". A few clicks later and that will be $196.40 sir. Wait what happened to FREE? there is nothing about free in that. Oh well you have to pay the taxes. I chuckled and clearly stated "If it goes up even a penny to $196.41 I was going to cancel my service and walk out. I paid the $196.40 and went back to work. Got off 4 hrs later and set up the new phone for my son and went to bed. Woke up at 6am to get ready for work and was expecting to receive a phone call from my Director any time and after 30 min of no call attempted to call him to hear... Nah Nuh Nah... your service has been suspended until a payment of $33.33 is made. "I don't think so" I tried to get some one to straighten it out and was only 10x more frustrated upon hanging up after being called Ma'am 4 times by the tramp on the other end. ( I apologize for the language but she was corrected 4 times that I was a man and continued to say "I apologize Ma'am but......) anyhow I was forced to pay the money after stating I would be in for a refund only to be told "That's fine you can come in and get a refund..... minus the 3 activation fees of $30 a piece which leaves me..... $196.40- $30x3 = $90 + $30 for the stupid car thingy= $120 so 196.40 -120= $76.40 So altogether for my 2 FREE PHONES & FREE CAR THINGY I paid $196.40 + $33.33 = $229.73!!!! Metro says they are not responsible for what the stores do. RIDICULOUS COMPANY. METRO IS A SCAM AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!
