I am really very dissatisfied and upset. I feel totally cheated by the manager and the employee of this place had a 3 cell phone plan with another company where I paid less than what I am going to pay in this company, but the Girl told me that she would pay $135.00 a month and oh surprise what I receive a notification that I am going to pay $150.00 I went to the store to talk to the girl and she only said that her manager told her that and that time her manager was not there and that she would not return until Friday. The next day I have to pay for my phones so that I don't get cut off, I asked her if she would like them to do that to her and she just laughed and said no but that she couldn't do anything anymore because we were already on that phone plan, why fool the people In this way, I never thought that Metro would lend itself to this type of deception Of course, I say all this without taking into account that when we changed, they gave us free cell phones and we ended up paying a little more than $450.00, we were surprised but we didn't say anything thinking that we would pay $135.00 but that I receive a different charge than what they told me, that makes me feel horrible. I would never, ever recommend this company if Metro lends itself to such things, but if not, I just hope they put an end to all of that in this place with these women still making fun of it.

where do i start? when my family and i walked in the girls were friendly. then one girl sells my mom a phone that she really didn't want and when she tried to return it the girls had said all sales are final. then she charged my mom an extra usb cord that she didnt need. then my mom didnt like the phone because it didnt an adapter to charge her phone and tried to return it no more than an 30 min after she bought it. im sure that something could have been done to make the customer happy. maybe these girls need to take an ethics class. but the business bureau will get a phone call from me! and we will have no intention of going back there.

Today was the best experience with a cell phone company that i have ever had. It was the one located on w.columbus and chester. Teresa and Paula was the most professional at their job. I have never had anyone try to help me save money. They have a great phone out now. It is the TLC. Awesome. If you want the right kind of help go there and you should be very happy.

I went there to purchase a $600 phone. I walked out after 30min of not even being greeted by the 2 employees that were playing on their phones

Why is it that this Metro seems to play ppl but Not My Daughter sorry Better Business Bureau will be in touch with this business ur not going 2 sell a phone that turns off & when she takes it back in 24hrs ur going 2 try to make it feel like she did something wrong. know what products you have in your store know what you're selling and make sure that your customers feel comfortable enough that they come back and you do right by them
