Rather call metro customer service than in-store sales clerks. I get more accomplished over the phone. Every time I go in-store store, the reps are very rude and never agree with what I'm told over the phone. So I deal with the customer service online and on the phone.

The employees were very helpful and patient with helping us get an iPhone 12. Everyone else was out that we called but not this location. Thanks very much for such an awesome experience and early Christmas gift for my wife.

I do not recommend coming to this store whatsoever. Two weeks ago, Representative claiming they are the manager named Jenny gave me a receipt with no total or amount for each item. I ask for a receipt that breaks down the total for me and I get the run around and no proof of how much everything is. This seems like a case of comission fraud cause my "case, glass protector and charger were free." Because there's no way a free phone should total up about $205. Then I go to another store to open an account for my son they give me a better receipt with the amount and the same phone came up to $125 including a case I was offered with Honesty. The reps told me there's no such thing as free accessories. Dishonest store! Making me buy things I did not want

I was recently in the market for a new phone but also was interested in switching my cellphone company service as I was unsatisfied with the one I had so I called metro pcs unknowingly that it was super close to my home! I called just to ask some questions on my mind but was greeted by the manager Jenny with upmost kindest customer service which is something that sadly is not much common in our world these days. She heard all my concerns and questions with care and focus and gave me an excellent response for each. So much that I decided to work up the courage to head over and check it out in person as well. The store is very neat and clean and organized despite the area in the neighborhood. I was more then astonished by her in person service that I was able to walk out with great deals and assistance for what I needed. I am now happily a metro pcs client (once again) ?
