Rather call metro customer service than in-store sales clerks. I get more accomplished over the phone. Every time I go in-store store, the reps are very rude and never agree with what I'm told over the phone. So I deal with the customer service online and on the phone.

The employees were very helpful and patient with helping us get an iPhone 12. Everyone else was out that we called but not this location. Thanks very much for such an awesome experience and early Christmas gift for my wife.
