I bought a phone 2 years ago and paid 2 years 5 dollars a month for insurance went on the 1st cause I lost my phone and even though there was one available at equal value they said oh we can't do anything you have to wait a week to get a new phone or just upgrade I literally had to buy the phone at equal value. There is more to the story which I shared with the attorney but ima keep this short. I have now filed a class action lawsuit since I've paid insurance more than 5 years on my phones and was of no use cause they " could not replace it". Even tho 4 years ago I had lost a phone went in to metro on oswell and they replaced it no problem all I had to pay was the chip. The insurance is just a scam in my point of view and if your charging insurance and not following up on there end it is illegal. So hence the class action lawsuit follows. Let a judge decide if I'm wrong or they are.

Slow service and they screwed up on my bill and phone was shut off. Had to call next day to pay it

Our little Metro by T-mobile store on Chester , Management & Tec, support is the Number one reason! Love your service! My last visit, The Young Lady working Help fix some Tec problems I was having on my Moto5 personal phone. She fix the problem, Lickdeey split,! ( Mostly operators malfunction) Then when on To explaining the Tablet program, You offer customers! So she hooked Me up! Now I leave my phone Alone, And play on the tablet! Don't buy from this store I was suspicious after pursching a supposedly 5g motto cell paid almost 300 dollars with the discount for upgrade and the clerk a young probably high school student told me about 4 or 5 times that all sale's are final too obvious but anyway they were nice enough to sell me a remanufactured refurbished cell that will not work hardly as all anyway hope that commission was worth it..... Scammers and liers work there BEWARE
