If I could give zero stars i would. Manager Jessica Martinez is rude, worthless and talks more than tries to assist. When she couldn't even understand my issue, she repeatedly HUNG UP on me. I wouldn't give this store a penny of my money. Absolute trash.

Great Services is what I was looking for but the way I haven't also looking for is how to avoid a phone that is full compromise like mine and saying so inside your own stores at T-Mobile as well where you go from there buy another phone or deal with it right there and then I usually deal with the issues right there and then reporting it my phone is compromised; also the US Marshals here in Bakersfield should be alerted at once in regards Johnson Michael

needed a last minute gift for my nephew & decided to stop by and see what deals metro had & walked out of there with a new samsung 5g for a very reasonable price! Staff here was very friendly and helpful :)
