“I stopped by mid day last week. The store was clean and organized. My son was able to find some clothes he liked. The wait in line was only about 2 min. There were some items on sale online but not in store and the associate happily price matched them for me which was a huge bonus. Customer service was top notch. She noticed that I was feeling around the mystery bags for my favorite anime to get the one I wanted (Todoroki) and she told me she could help me because she was good at figuring that kind of stuff out. “I found out, last minute, that the dress shirt I had no longer fit. On my way to my cousins wedding I stopped at the Bakersfield store for a new dress shirt. I was immediately greeted by a salesperson named Gabby. She very professional and attentive. She help me find the perfect size shirt. She even took the time to find a same size shirt that was out of the package so I could see how it fit. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of great customer service because in this day and age you don't get that anymore. Thank you Gabby!!!”

“Amazing boots, bought some for my security gigs. Loved them so much I bought some for some yard work. Not one piece of sand found on my sock. Easy to shine as well. The clean boots had them for 1.5 years and still going strong. The dirty yard boots had them for approximately 2.5 years.”
“I came here last year the day of Christmas, it was honestly crazy to me they where open on a holiday the two employees where so kind and chill very helpful the store is small but full of a verity of things if you skate I seen comfortable skating shoes and cloths I was able to customize my board from wheels trucks everything super cool experience and they also build your board there for you if you’d like the only issue I had was the grip tape was coming off a bit off the top unused still but the was not an issue I mean over time that happens to the board it’s met to get scratched up and used really amazing place definitely recommend it at of all they other skate shops , and zumiez and Tilly’s ain’t got it like they do !! And it is just so unbelievable when you walk in love the vibe!!”

“I stopped in to get some shoes for a trip out of town. It's only my 2nd time visiting this store, and I'm kind of upset at myself that I never bought anything here before. I attribute this to the friendly staff, the good sale, and comfy shoes. I can't wear regular flat vans because of no arch support, so Raquel suggested the ultra range shoes. She also chatted me up about the Dodgers being a fellow fan (I was wearing Dodgers gear to the store). The shoes were a great fit, and I also noticed a sale on some ultra range shoes for my son for back to school. Friendly service plus a great product = happy customer.”

We tried on umpteen dozen outfits and found more than we thought would fit so we ended up buying much more than we plan to however Old Navy"s employees were so helpful and very friendly especially our cashier.
