“Awesome company! I filled out my application information online and received a call the same day. I called yesterday because my doctor said the prescription fax had not gone through. Kern medical supply resent it and called and confirmed they received it. Super fast turn around! In less than five days I have received my free breast pump delivered right to my door. Such a convenience! Great customer service!Update: 5 years later and I am pregnant again. Same great service and fast turn around.”

“I was referred to VIPO after suffering a displaced fracture in my toe over the weekend. I didn't have an appointment, but was assured they would do their best to work me in. I was treated professionally, and kindly, by each person I came into contact with from intake, insurance, to Ms Garcia, CFo, who fitted me for the proper boot. I'd give 10 stars if I could. What one might have expected to be a long wait, and unpleasant all around experience, was pleasant. I couldn't have been treated better.
