“Very good compared to the other ones that get crowded. There is one man here, "oh!" And they are open Saturdays 6 to noon, ....I am hard to draw blood from and there's one man there that always gets my blood no matter what! He is awesome. The people are nice and it doesn't get crowded.”

“I was stressing so badly about having to take my newborn in for bili labs and it was a stat order but the list for patients was long…huge shoutout to Tish because she saw me struggle bussing it in there and she brought me and my baby back and she was so good at being calm and kind and compassionate! Not to mention getting a lab for a newborn is no easy task and she knocked it out and put me at ease! Thank you so much for being so kind, Tish! I’ll never forget your kindness!”

“Caring people. Professional. My veins always hide and they are so good to withdraw blood with hardly any pain or fishing them out. It is amazing how experience they are. Love this place. When I had no insurance it was the cheapest place also.”

“I am on home antibiotics and have to get labs done every week. Since my PICC had stopped working, I went to PAL (now Westpac) I left the first day because I was a walk in and it was very busy and very warm. (Need to turn down the AC guys). Once I got back there I realized they had students. I love having students work on me because I was a student late in life and I was ecstatic whenever someone allowed me to practice. After spending 2 weeks in the hospital, getting poked by a needle doesn't faze me a bit. Unfortunately, they only gave her two tries. Once the Westpac phlebotomist took over it was one stick and done. They were professional and the place was clean. I had an appointment this time and was in and out in no time. I'd give 5 stars if they'd turn that AC down”

“went for the first time and it took a couple of tries to hit the vein but they did it and got results quickly and efficiently. went yesterday and it was practically painless, they got the needle in with one try and i barely felt anything besides a little prick!! it was very nice and only took two minutes for over five viles of blood, would recommend”

“After my doctor's appointment, I had some blood work done by Alissa J. Which is very convenient because it's located in the doctor's office. Alissa was friendly, professional, and her area was organized and clean. I highly recommend this laboratory. She was amazing because I didn't even feel the needle. Great job, Alissa. I'll definitely be using this facility in the future.”

“I've never gone here and had to wait. Always quick service. Depending on who you get to draw your blood, though, you might leave with some unnecessary bruising.”

“Love using Quest for blood work. It is easy to make an appointment online. I can check-in on the online app when I arrive and wait less than 5 minutes to be seen. Usually in and out in 5 minutes.”

“i have such a difficult time with getting my blood drawn, and the moment the woman drawing my blood could see that i was anxious, she immediately started to distract me and did a wonderful job! she took 4 vials in less than a minute and i barely even noticed her switching between them. it was fast and she made me feel very safe and cared for! the only thing that sucked is that when you take a urine sample, you have to walk back out into the waiting room with it. not that big of a deal, but a little disposal compartment in the bathroom would have been nice. overall i had a great experience. the wait was also very short, even without an appointment. i was back in less than 10 minutes.”

“The only place that consistently draws my labs with very little to no pain. I have terrible thin veins that roll and some phlebotomists really struggle to take my blood. Fast and highly skilled staff at this location, also very friendly. I’m glad I found Labcorp.”

“Doc's medical assistants had a hard time finding a vein to draw blood so they sent me here. In and out quickly. Did a great job finding a vein. No bruising, first attempt.”

“Naomi (spelling wrong) is by far the best at drawing blood! I have been fortunate to have had her do my blood draw on several occasions and she is always so gentle with the needle. She was at the San Dimas location and is now at the Quest on 17th St. I was so happy when I seen she would be drawing my blood at my last visit. As usual she did an amazing job, as pain free as possible when inserting the needle. I wish they still had the San Dimas location as it was more convenient for me.”
