As soon as we walked in around 630pm, Ashlee was there to greet us with a warm welcome & educated us on so many mattresses! She was able to give us very thorough information about the mattress we were considering & also new options. Thank you so much for the hospitality! We are excited for our new mattress!

Got a great deal on a much needed new mattress. The manager Ashlee was very helpful and informative, she answered all of our questions and seemed to really care about finding the right mattress for our needs (back and neck pain). We never felt uncomfortable or pushed into making a decision, I would 100% go back and work with her again

Amazing service!! Ashlee was so helpful, informative, and caring! I’m going to recommend this place to anyone and everyone lol I get anxious when sales people are aggressive or dismissive and this was the complete opposite of that. They also have amazing prices, fast delivery (received within 48 hours), and payment options.

Being a good salesperson really makes a difference and I mean a really good salesperson who really cares about their customers. Our first time at Mattress Firm and Michael let us know if we needed anything he would help. Not hovering over us at all and when we needed help he was right there and very knowledgeable of all their products. We told Michael about our current mattress and would like to find something similar. Within a few minutes of researching he found a few to look at.in fact he found one that was perfect. We went home and compared then went back the next day and bought the mattress. I really appreciated the freedom to search on my own without the high pressure sales tactics I’ve experienced in other stores.
