This store was so unorganized and dirty. But most important the customer service is horrible. Employee named Rosanna is rude and unprofessional. Came in last week and she was super rude when spoken to my grandma and mom. She gave dirty looks the whole time I was there. Employees like her make us not want to shop at Marshall’s anymore. Very hostile environment.

I love to shop at Marshalls the only complaint I have is that I was pushing the button for assistance on the men's section for perfumes and they didn't go to assist I Waited exactly 25 minutes the speaker kept saying assistance needed and no one helped so I moved along paid and left, other than that they have good merch.

The Ming location is so disorganized You can definitely tell it’s under new management it’s beginning to look a lot like a Ross. Not to mention the clutter in the majority of the isles u can’t even walk through it’s not only a hazard to employees but customers!!! Why there stacked piled everywhere with not enough people attending to them. I definitely get that’s it’s Christmas season but this is ridiculous. This was one of my favorite places to shop lately I don’t know I want to shop this location it’s disgustingly disappointing!
