“I hope I gave the RIGHT post office, I went to Fedex on Oak yesterday, they didn't give me ANY help, the big hispanic man, didn't even CARE. I went up the street to the post office almost across the street from McDonald's, and the lady at the desk was WONDERFUL, she helped me get my IMPORTANT papers off by helping me look up the correcct address, I asked your name and I forgot it, but YOU had black hair and a BEAUTIFUL smle and was VERY sweet and nice some that CUSTOMER SERVICE workers should posess but all DON'T.
