This store has 3 floors 2nd floor is women sections I wasn't able to find the item I was looking for but the cashier was very nice and helpfulStore is well stocked and organized Line was kinda long but it went by fast Parking was kinda hard to find

I always buy my fragrances from Macy's. Pete is at the Dior counter and he is IMMENSELY HELPFUL and knowledgeable! He knows and understands both male and female fragrances and matching your energy, lifestyle, and expectations to your scent. What an amazing experience.

I had a great experience today. All the lady's by the cook wear were so helpful and kind. Nathen Hernandez gave us excellent customer service. My husband is a very detailed person. Nathen had Answers for him and if he didn't know he took the time to look up things for him as he needed. I was very impressed by his customer service and professionalism. Noah In jewelry was excellent as well.

It might have been the time of day on a Saturday but difficult to get the price check and a little understaffed on cashiers but fantastic air conditioning and didn't want to leave the place. Great selection great people

I ordered bed rails for the little one through PayPal. Which items were from Macy's and was not allowed to ship to my P. O. Box. It also stated, "Due to the pandemic crisis all shipments would be delayed." Fast forward, I followed up with Macy's 800# and learned the items were "delivered." However, I was home on the time and date of the "delivery" they claimed to have occurred. In addition, my security cameras did not show of such delivery. Both Macy's and PayPal has declined my claim. I'm out of luck and the money I paid which was $350.00. I am closing my PayPal account and will NEVER use Macy's again. It's a wonder why they may be going out of business. Their customer service is not that great.

I went to Macy's yesterday to buy a Fitbit that I saw online. The salesperson was helpful. I took the Fitbit home and got it synced with my phone Fitbit app. I took a walk and it tracked my steps, heartbeat etc. Today it was tracking how long I was walking at the mall but wouldn't stop even when I took it off. I took it back to Macy's who said I cannot return it if the box is opened. Ludicrous! How are you supposed to know if it works if you don't try it on? This policy should be spelled out BEFORE anyone buys electronics from their store. Furious, I said I would be filing a complaint. Since Macy's doesn't listen, maybe I should close my account.

Truth be told, I love this Macy's not only because I used to work here and know all the bargains to be had (which I will get to eventually), but working with some of the best colleagues that were amazingly supportive and awesome just made it so much more enjoyable. So, see this review as a true insider's look into one of the best department stores in the US.And no, JcPenney does not compare. Do they have NIke? no they don't. Do they have kitchenaid mixer? no, they don't. Do they have the best jewelry in a department store? or the best team for that matter? No, and no. So, chose Macy's. Jewelry & watchesThis department is the shiz; If you're looking for something sparkly, whether a gift, something for yourself, this is the place for you and everyone. I mean, who doesn't love some wonderfully designed accessories to accompany you in every waking moment. Since the person ringing you up will be getting the commission, I suggest that you find someone you like talking to, and these listed professionals, in my opinion, are the bomb and you'll have so much fun, save a ton of money, and get great style advice. So, Always consult a jewelry expert - here are my recommendations on who to consult - 1. Jerry and Daisy - my top 2 faves ( please don't kill me Raj & Deep - I love you too and will get to you in a bit), Jerry always gets what you want and knows what you need, his taste is impeccable and honestly, I strive to live like Jerry (if you can't tell, I worship him and working with him was always fun and incredible), Daisy is a lady that looks out for your #1 priorities and will give you all the inner details and workings of everything from warranties to taking care of your needs, no matter how much you're looking to spend, she's the nicest person alive and always brings a smile to your face ( I adore her and she always makes me smile). Raj is the most kick a** lady that I have ever met, and she does it with style. Have you not seen her wardrobe?!! She is quick-witted, super fast and one of the best salesperson I've ever encountered (I am in awe of her). Deep is amazing and sooooo pretty, I don't know how her hair is so on point and perfect every day, I love her daring jewelry pieces and how she lives life to the fullest (I am honored to know her). There are more people that work in this department, but I really have to get on.Okay, moving onto the deals. 1. Flash sale - always a good one, especially if you pair it with spend 50 and get $10 back for macy's card holders. As a bronze rewards member (which you can sign up without a credit check) you will spend $100 to get $10. So, it's always good to be a cardholder. some shoes are also heavily discounted at this time as well, so you might want to take advantage of that too. 1a. if you want to be a macy's cardholder, you'll need to apply and it will impact your credit score - it only went down maybe 8 points for me, but everyone is different and the process in knocking down points may have changed by now since I got mine more than a year ago. I needed a few items in the makeup department and I was unable to find my blush from Benefit , I found out it was discontinued But Rene the employee in that department saved the day and helped me find an alternative . He was so helpful with all my questions and helping get the right product for me. Great customer service!!
