Excellent service. Car overheated coming from out of town, this shop was the closest to us. The team stayed past their closing hours on a Saturday to ensure repairs were made so we can make it back home.

Professional and friendly , they definitely know what they're doing when it comes to Lexus / Toyota . They saved me from having to buy a new car when my engine failed . It was time consuming but well worth the wait . My car is like brand new and runs great !

These folks will take advantage of you. Took a vehicle there to get AC repair. The cost was over $300. A week later the AC went out again. Dropped it off again thinking there would be no charge. They then charged us for a diagnostic check or said we had to pay over $600 for additional repairs. Did you not do that the first time? Isn't that something you should have figured out from the beginning? Going back to le-toy's invoice they charged $250 to unplug the evaporator drain. I took the truck to pep boys and they found the issue and it was under $250 to replace the motor. They are not in business to do the right thing for their customers. Caution you all to stay away.

Zero stars should be negative 50 stars. Seeing this long time Toyota automotive business I figured they would know the Toyota 4 cylinder engine well. I stop in to discuss my toyota engine and the 2 techs didn't know so they pointed me over to the owner. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing and heard from his foul mouth. "nonserviceable" then erupted profanities and became combative when he saw i didn't believe his unbelievable statement. You think maybe he doesn't understand what you asked yet he's shouting 'non serviceable! that's all he said then continued shouting fowl profanities i wont repeat on a family review website then get the f out of my shop several times" I was there a total of 45 seconds he could've simply said he didn't how. Could of simply said the truth instead went into a foul rage. According to the owner Bin, its non-serviceable! Right ok sure it is?After witnessing the owners rage and unprofessional behavior, I wouldn't let, Le-Toy Motors and Express Lube, Bin or his techs put air in my worst enemies tire let alone trust them to work on my car.Read these bad reviews and warnings, not sure how he has any good reviews they're not organic real reviews. You cannot get Jekyll and Hyde from the same business owner.

2004 Toyota Tundra crew cab 2wd 160k miles. I had nearly all the front end replaced by another mechanic April '22 (struts, upper/lower A arms, end links, ball joints, rack-n-pinion, and brakes.) Even after alignment the truck drove terrible. Nearly a year later and 4 different shops (off road shops and general mechanics) no one was able to solve the problem. That's until I took it to Le-Toy, it did take them a second look after alignment, but they found that the rack-n-pinion was not centered and was causing all my problems. They uninstalled rack, centered, reinstalled rack, and alignment for $375. My truck was nearly un-drivable for a year and I was almost ready to trade it in. The sad thing was, all the other shops said they could fix the problem and all the new parts were installed correctly. Glad I went to Le-Toy, should have went there first. $375 is much better than a $1000 a month truck payment.

back maybe last year I had a forerunner I brought to service to Latoya motors to get worked on the owner instead took my vehicle to Home Depot to go get personal supplies on my miles and gas for his own personal use when he says he was seeing if there was a noise already told him and diagnose the issue and they fix that issue nothing more so what was he trying to find and also leaving my 18000 truck unlocked in the parking lot

Brought my car in bc check engine light was on. They kept my car over night with no notification. I show up the next day to figure out what's wrong and they charge $125 just for a diagnosis that I already knew... I just wanted to know how much the service was going to be. This is bulshit. They could of just told me the pricing up front. I wouldn't recommend coming here. But if you want to be over charged it's $187 for ac service and $466 to get hose replacement

Bin and his technicians are amazing! As soon as I had my car brought in to their shop, they diagnosed the problem and had my car car fixed in a reasonable time. The cost was fair also. I would recommend them highly!! Thank you for all your help!!!
