Where do I start. Joe listen to me and went beyond my expectations. I lost my dog of 12 years and went in to get some decals made to honor his memory. I showed Joe a few pictures and he put the most beautiful sticker together for the back of our vehicles. He was kind and courteous and I will be a returning customer. 5 Stars!!!

During the passing of my father, my grandmother wanted shirts for the reception. That was her only request through the entirety of her son's passing. Unfortunately, there wasn't much time between her request and the day of the funeral. KV print made the EXACT design I wanted, the EXACT material of shirt, and made more than 100+ shirts within 2 business days. I can honestly say that they not only surprised me with their quality service but they were a blessing during a pretty tough time. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone that needs shrits made. The price was amazing as well. If I need shirts done, I'm most definitely coming back here.

Great guy who does great quality work! I ordered about 100 shirts from him and his turn around time was quick and the quality of print was amazing. After several washes the print quality is the same as day one! Definitely recommend!

I love KV print! They are fast in attending you and helping you figure out what product is the right for you. They have many products available and they have a cool display of everything they can print, when you walk in. I always ask for Luis, he's my go to graphic designer he helps me do all my designs, business cards, hats, & marketing needs. Their price is fair for the amazing quality service and embroidery work I need.

By far the worst customer service I have experienced in a while. I placed an order through my work at the beginning of April 2021 (kv print is contracted with the online shop.) After a few weeks I called for an update and was told there were shipping delays, but would receive an email/call once my order was available. By June 2021 I still had not received any communication so I called and was told someone picked up my order, and then it switched to they were just out of stock for the specific shirt I ordered. I sent multiple emails asking for a different style of shirt to be ordered, no response at all. I also called the shop multiple times and was told I would receive and email or phone call back and this never happened. On 6/18 I asked for a refund, nothing. 6/24 sent a follow up email and nothing so I called the store and was told I would get a call back the same day, but did not. Finally got a response from the manager saying a refund would be proceeded on 6/26. On 7/8 I asked for an update on the refund and received no response. 7/16 second update sent for status of refund and no response. Called the shop on 7/21 to check the status to which I was responded with , "Oh, this is ___ right?" He knew exactly who I was, yet the company failed to respond to any of my emails or calls. Was told that I would personally receive an email or call, and once again nothing. Overall, it has been a very unprofessional experience and I will not be returning.

We had the pleasure of working with KVPrint today on a last minute sign that we needed. Our grand opening sign didn't get here in time so we called kvprint and they got one made for us within 4 hours. Very satisfied, thank you guys.

The hospital I work for uses this company for all of our apparel and prior to my visit, I have only worked with them through administration. However, I needed some personal items embroidered with the company logo and was blown away by my experience. Stephanie was the sales rep who helped me, and she knew my company's account inside and out which made it incredibly simple for me to get what I needed. Through KVPrint's extensive database, she was able to pull up the available color motifs and past jobs. She knew exactly what I wanted and gave great recommendations on what colors would go well with the items I needed embroidered. Their shop is a nice and neat exhibition for the designs and custom works they've done for people and companies around the community, and it's easy to see how much pride they put into their work. Whether it is a big company order or simply a few items like I had, KVPrint treats their customers equally, and I can't say enough about my experience.

Horrible customer service. Ive called, emailed and used their website. No response. Worthless. I had to go in but was just blowing me off trying to get back to work i had alot of questions.
