An heirloom necklace I wear daily needed a new chain. Brian warmly greeted me and listened to my needs and my concerns. I had come to the right spot. He was able to offer a new chain at a reasonable, fair price. He made sure the necklace length was exactly what I wanted. I left as a satisfied customered, I will go back to Knight's Jewelers.

Such great customer service! I have had a few things repaired here and have bought a few things. Staff is always so kind and helpful. they go out of their way to be of assistance. My pieces that were repaired there come back shiny and new looking as well as being in full working order! I have my eye on a piece for my birthday that they custom make. Whatever you need in the way of jewelry or repairs Knights is the place!

I was told this is a mom and pop shop so I went there thinking it would be friendly.... NOT! These people stick their noses up in the air if they don't get a sale out of you and also if you ask them any questions about the quality of your own jewelry... I took my GIA LeVian ring there because I wanted to ask about the stone which is beautiful and changes colors depending on the light and the snooty son there said 'what is it you want to know?' And I proceeded to explain to him and ask him about the color differential and he said 'well you have a GIA certification, what is it you want to know? Then, rudely said, You can ask them!'. Then he boasted how he was good friends with the LeVian family of jewelers, as if to impress me, but I was not impressed and maybe that got on his nerves. I thought to myself, I'll let you impress someone else because I certainly wasn't. In essence, I was flabbergasted at his extremely rude and unprofessional demeanor and left vowing to never step foot in that store again!

“If you don’t know jewelry, know your jeweler”. This line of thinking really is important. Relationships develop trust and in a market that one spends a great deal of money to bestow a gift to another…knowing what you have purchased, knowing it’s value and it’s future priceless value, provides confidence and makes the buying process both educational and stress free.

I was throughly disappointed with my service from Knights Jewelry. I brought in three watches that needed batteries. It took them 16 days to find the watches in their store, apparently someone had missed filed the watches. When I came in to pick them up there was No apologyNo good customer service and No reason to go back to that inept pathetic service
