I don’t usually write surveys but this time I would like to. I got a diamond bracelet & gold jewelry recently. The experience that stood out for me was the wonderful customer service I got. A BIG shout out to Yuri Catalan de Gonzalez & Jennifer Quiroz, 2 lovely ladies who have gone above and beyond assisting me both times. They are super knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Specifically ask for them next time, you’ll be glad you did. Hola to Mr. Vidal too. Cheers!

Went in just to purchase a necklace on credit to help build my credit. I have the cash but wanted to build credit since I haven't owned a card in 10 yrs. Sales lady was nice and helped me pick out what I was looking for and got me signed up for credit. At no point was I told this was a no name credit card with 30+% interest, I figured I was applying for credit thru Kevin Jewerers. I plan on paying it off in next 6 months as a credit builder. Now I've had the necklace for over a month and have heard nothing at all from anyone about it, so I call them and ask an associate where the info might be. I was told then, not at the time of purchase, that it was an actual credit card I signed up for, not store credit and now, I would have to call and figure out what's going on because apparently Kevin Jewelers will sign u up and after that, wash their hands of any involvement in the matter. I wasn't even told what credit card company it was. So now I need to contact a manager there later to even find out where this credit is thru, then call them and sort out where all this went wrong at. You would think spending a couple grand at their store might grease the wheels some to help get this sorted out..... NOPE. So now the customer has to figure out where these two companies screwed this up. Paying this off and NEVER shopping there again.
