Do not go to this clinic ESPECIALLY for mental health. Shahzad Chaudhry is the supervisor and he always cancels appointments after waiting hours to see him (after missing previous ones already) It makes sense why he has had clients end their life. DO NOT GO HERE. I was recommended by the doctors and the nurses for this clinic to see the mental health facility here and they are all incompetent. The doctors and nurses are quick to pawn you off to other people and the therapists do not care.

Somehow my review got deleted. For a high risk clinic they really don’t answer their phone at all. Also I have an order for a STAT on ultrasound and if they don’t call me in a day I’m supposed to call and schedule an appointment but no one will answer the phone at all. I’m thinking of changing clinicals. I’m almost halfway thru my pregnancy and don’t have an official due date yet. I had my anatomy scan 3 weeks ago and asked the ultrasound tech when I was due. She gave me an estimate but said the doctor will tell me. I asked two different doctors and they aren’t able to tell me. They said I need an anatomy scan which I already had but the ultrasound tech didn’t date it.

I want to share my experience with patients that go to this clinic. When you go to your appointment they will say you have a new doctor or he is not in the U.S. at this time or on vacation. So then I go to my appointment for nothing and their story is they will make a new appointment for me. So they give you an appointment for at least six months away or more. They have one scheduler and he hardly answers the phone so you have to go in person to make a appointment. If you get a new doctor he or she will to start over and start to make a new profile on you and ask about your medication you take that already have the answers to those questions.

Very unpleasant experience, appointment was at 10:30a my daughter was still waiting in the back for the Dr. I asked the receptionist if she can see why such a long wait she said she doesn't know what goes on in the back

My son had a referral sent, I called to let them know and they said ‘we’ll call you when it goes through to set up’ at that point they were scheduling October 20th. It’s been over a week, so I called. Waited a good 30 minutes on the line, when they finally answered I told her my kids doctor sent a referral over a week ago, and I entered to schedule the appt. She asked for my address, then said there’s no Appointments until November. I asked well how come you guys didn’t call when it went through cause I only had it sent here because of the October availability. She said well it only went through a couple days ago… I said so last week? She said no Monday.. that was ONE day ago. So I know it didn’t just go through yesterday. Get better employees that actually follow through on what they’re suppose to do!!!

This is the worst place to get care. Doctors dont do there jobs right, if u make a appointment expect to wait 2months. My parent had a wound on the toe primary care doctor sent home twice without meds and said it was fine. I imediatly took my parent to another care facility and luckily just a toe was aputated. NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING. IF U HAVE MEDI-CAL OR MEDICAID DONT THINK THIS PLACE IS YOUR ONLY OPTION. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DONT EVER COME HERE

I give Suite 2000 clinic a five-star review, as I am ecstatic with my care in that building. Here I am detailing the dark side of the gyno in Suite 1000. The room was hot, had dried blood on the floor and I was waiting in there for 3 freaking hours! Being diabetic, I was weak and dizzy upon leaving the room. I don't know what was going on, but this is unacceptable.

It is so hard to get an actual person on the phone. Everything is automated and useless literally has taken me 30 minutes to try to get someone on the phone in regards to a prescription that was supposed yo be sent hours ago yet my pharmacy still hasn't received anything. Customer service here is horrid. Even if the drs are good you're already in a bad mood dealing with the customer service. Not too mention it is always extremely busy not sure if they over book appointments or what.

If 0 star was an option, that’s what I would give since that’s what they deserve… I’ve had the worst experience being transferred to this place. I came in to 2 appointments so far and pointless, last visit I had I went in with pelvic pain & lots of pressure and I made it aware to them and they didn’t hesitate to check me and I was 38 weeks far. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!

I’ve been receiving chemo for a couple of months now and I have had a really positive experience here. All of the nurses here are very knowledgeable, experienced and caring. Dr Ramzan and Dr Bazmi are also very good doctors. Thank you everyone!!

This place is horrible. Every time I go to my ob appt I see a different Dr. I even told the doctor at 40 weeks I was having some pains he didn’t even check me stated that I will be induced on the following Monday so “it was not necessary” I’m now on my “induction date “ and they never even added me on the induction list

My mother just had the worst experience with the receptionist at check in! She has been a patient since about January and the female told her at check in she wasn't in the system as a patient. Rudely, told her if she wanted to be seen she had to sign payment agreement which of course my mom refused due to being insured! She told my my mother to step out and call the Insurance and in the mean time locked the door and had the audacity to tell security not to open the door for her. Additional staff members asked my mom on their way out for her appointment time and she told them the time and were like "that's weird, it shouldn't be locked" and called the office and told security and she still had the nerve to refuse to let her in. Her insurance affirmed them billing for services since January. She did thankfully, receive a call from a staff to reschedule due ti a patient witnessing and informing them of what happened: I applaud them for the act but I don't think someone with that attitude should be working front desk. I've worked in a medical office and any one can agree someone as she shouldn't be the first fave and contact to greet customers. I really wish I'd been there to advocate for her when the other worker there or security didn't. She has spoken highly of liking the dr she's with. Even if she was right about the insurance, she had no right to lock her out. As professionals projection and delivery is key to customer service. Your lack of professionalism had my mom so upset and in tears, I really hope you read this and that no one treats your parents or family with the same attitude you treated her!

This place is so underrated. Yes, they are a public hospital and that means they have to see a lot of different people, but they handle it well. The doctors, Nurses, and all hospital staff really care about your well being. I wish the doctors could understand how much they have helped me with their kind bed side manner. They are so over worked, but they still come to work happy and wanting to help. The doctors here are some of the smartest in the nation, and I want to give a special shout out to Dr. Mark Amin. He is a brilliant doctor and he truly cares about his patients and the hospital as a whole. Doctors like him are reasons why little boys and girls decide to become doctors. To just- Do Good.
