I took my son to purchase his first car and the salesman received was wonderful. He was helpful and knew everything about the vehicle. He was also witty and made us laugh. It was a great experience. If I have to buy another vehicle, I would go there again.

Chad and Tim were phenomenal. I needed to find a vehicle asap since my 24 year old car stopped working. I let them know what I was looking for and what I thought I could afford. They sent over multiple breakdowns for a few vehicles and I chose the 2024 escape s-line. Its sporty and fun to drive. Mind you, I did all of this online, the care was even delivered to my house and they towed away my old one... the most seamless experience for me. Still can't thank them both enough.

My fiance and I had a wonderful time at Jim Burke Ford. Hector was very knowledgeable, informative, and thoughtful through the entire sales process with us. The other staff were also polite and inviting as well. Overall we had a fantastic experience with this Ford compared to other Ford branches. Highly recommend Jim Burke.

My experience here was too notch. I don’t live anywhere near Bakersfield and took a train 5 hours to get there. I never felt pressured into anything and the entire staff made my car buying experience amazing. Tim and Jarret were wonderful to work with in sales, and Juan in finance was awesome! I got the paperwork done via docusign and was out the door within 30 minutes after I got there.
I’ll definitely be going back for years to come!

I purchased a raptor R last year, to cut the long story short, I went to oak st and was given the run around by Carlos Lozano and told they had a waiting list. I went home and made a post on a raptor R forum that I was in the market. I was messaged by a salesman at the gasoline alley location that he could sell me one, they ended up firing the guy and made it known to me that I can no longer do any business with them. Just out of curiosity I asked about a 2024 raptor R and was again told that I can not transact any business with them. What a shitty way to treat someone who spent $150,000 at your dealership. These screenshots were also sent to agiblin who didn’t even bother to respond. Spend your money elsewhere, sometimes keeping business local isn’t an option. Sucks that I was treated poorly, we are buying two more raptors this year I guess we will have to go out of town.

We just traveled 6 hours to buy a used 2016 4Runner from Jim Burke Ford. Rick Robles knew we were coming and he had everything ready for us. Paper work, car detailed, filled with gas and awesome customer service upon arrival. Rick made us feel so comfortable from start to finish and kept every promise he made. We hit a speed bump with financing even though we were pre approved from our bank but that didn’t phase Rick and his team one bit they got us financing no problem for the same we were going to get from our bank. The whole experience was just so awesome after going through a lemon law for two years prior to this, this was such a breath of fresh air to have such a great interaction with a dealership. Thank you so much Rick and Team for everything you did today!
