These days if you just do your job correctly you stand out. Changed my oil and rotated my tires. Did an inspection. From Kansas so a bit shocked at the $117 but it's California and the wacko 's need the add on. The cost to get rid of the oil is what I usually pay for the oil change back home. Not the dealers fault unless they vote demorats. Overall satified

Had my truck towed in, Jim Burke advisor was able to get my vehicle serviced quicker than the orig 2 week apt date. Yeah! Was surprised no car wash though. Anyways they always do a good job.

I've had a few different experiences, from sales, to service, to the parts department over the last 10 years. My most recent visit for routine service to get an oil change and a simple camera recall turned out pretty bad. Upfront, the service advisor and treatment was absolutely great, I really like how they can provide you Lyft ride and pick up to suit your needs while waiting for the car. I think that's really awesome, when I purchased this van it was also super easy, I left a 5 star review for that. The concerning part about my most recent recall and service visit was that doing the recall they determined that there was another problem, possibly the module, producing the same error with the camera system that they couldn't rectify on the day and needed to schedule new appointment, I'm generally OK with that, but it sort of adds to the total story.
The real problem was that I also got an oil change done and a tire rotation, I very much appreciate that this is part of combining services, but immediately upon leaving the tire light came on, when I waited for it to go off after a few miles it didn't. So I restarted the car and the check the tire pressures to which they were all about 20 psi below recommended rating (photo, also these are E rated so 80PSI is correct...not 49). I'm not sure how that happened because the tire light was not on before I went in, but somehow, after the rotation tire PSI dropped almost 20 each. The most concerning thing is that I got the oil change done also and a few miles after the tire light, the engine light came on, so I checked a few different diagnostic things with the app, and it mentioned about the oil change, so I went through the same process of turning the car off and driving a few more miles until I pop the hood to find the problem. There is *no* oil cap and oil has spilt over the top valve covers, engine bay, and electrical connections, I live off of dirt road so there's always a lot of dust and I'm a little afraid that we've incorporated dust and grime now into the engine. I did call and let them know in two different ways but so far no contact back, I guess I'll wait for my next service on the 10th to fix the camera, I was able to purchase a temporary universal cover that kind of fits at O'Reilly. So my take away from this appointment was I went in for a Ford recall and came out without the recall issue being fixed and less PSI in my tires and now less oil in my engine with the potential for engine damage, I think I may have created a bigger problem.
