I recently had a fantastic experience at Jiffy Lube. The entire team, from check-in to check-out, exuded professionalism and confidence in their services. I continued to go to and rely on the staff at Jiffy Lube on California Ave., in Bakersfield, CA for many years now. Every single time I go, they are all always quick, professional, kind, knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy. I have been taking my vehicles for service to that location for many years now. Martín helped me this last time. As per usual, he took the time to respond and explain to me every single question that I had. I appreciate ALL of their continued consistent service. Thank you. I drove up to Jiffy Lube and the men were ready. They took my car keys and walked me into the office. They gave me choice of oil and showed me reasonable prices. They even washed all my windows! My most favorite part was they left my hood up and showed me, my oil level, and caps were in place. With no mess!!!Thank you Jiffy Lube you took the awkwardness out of an oil change, and you were very professional ?

Keith & Mark were the utmost professionals . Pulled up to get an oil change , was in & out of the location . Upon completion of my oil change they took their time in explaining what other things they recommend me on doing to keep my car up to par . For the price , today's visit on 12/10/2023 around 3:00 pm PT was beyond my expectations- I wish I could have tipped but they did not offer it upon debit card payment .

Stating the obvious Jiffy Lube is super convenient. The service is always fast and efficient. The service reps are friendly and informative. I got there in a panic because my fan was staying on after the engine was off. They filled my radiator coolant and made me aware of my transmission leaking. Excellent customer care!My work brings their company cars here and I’m glad I took my personal car here. Now I feel more assured our staff are taken care of.For today, few things I noticed and appreciated… I was greeted upon arrival professionally, given guidance on my tire replacements, notified early they had my tires in stock, and willing to work with my schedule if they had to order tires… overall great service.I personally feel welcome here. The waiting area is AC’d, there’s television, beverages, and seeing the staff work together is very pleasant.I will definitely come back for an oil change next.
