Let me preface this review with some background. I arrived to my appointment 5-10 minutes early only to find another woman sitting in Bobby's chair. At which time, Bobby came out with the color mixture for her hair and proceeded to do her color and put her under the dryer. Fine, so far. Then, Bobby does my color and puts me under the dryer (time lapsed, maybe 15 min. I have VERY short, fine, thin hair). Bobby then takes the usurper out from under the dryer and proceeds to wash her LONG hair. As the process goes, he cut her hair, blow dried her long tresses, and gave her a hug when she left. (She was considerably younger than my 72 years.) Bobby then turns around and is surprised to see me still cooking under the dryer. I cooked for about 1 hour. No, he didn't bother to set a timer. He didn't have much to say when he was removing the foils and washing my hair except to comment it was really light. (Could cooking for an hour have something to do with that fact? I wonder.) He then proceeded to cut my hair much shorter than we had discussed, which didn't make me happy since I am trying to grow out the length some. But it wasn't until the next day when I washed my hair that I realized why he cut my hair too short. The hair at my crown was broken off to the roots. This disaster took place on Jan. 10, 2024; it's now May 18, 2024, and the breakage is finally beginning to heal, and 4 months later, there is actually some hair at the crown. If you are an older woman with short hair, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Bobby. If, however, you are younger with long, thick tresses, Bobby is probably your guy.

I never thought I could have smooth straight frizz free hair, when I would straighten my own hair no matter what i put in it, it would always frizz right back up. I had wavy, puffy, unruly hair ,that for the most part I always kept in a sad bun! But BOBBY RAI CAME TO THE RESCUE! I had been wanting to get my hair permanently straightened but I just wasn't sure if it would actually work on me. Bobby was so helpful in explaining the process to me. I went for it and HE WORKED HIS MAGIC ✨ Now I can wear my hair down all the time :) and not feel self conscious about it! My hair is straight, smooth, healthier and the shine on it *_* I am beyond happy! I truthfully could go without using a straightener. No more long blowdry and straighting routines after my showers! My hair dries sleek straight and frizz free. I am beyond happy with Bobby's work! Thank you Bobby you're awesome!

Hair type: My hair was down my shoulders with damaged ends, dry, wavy puffy, unruly frizzy. Bobby did amazing at keeping length in my hair and only removing the damaged hair. He did amazing now my hair is healthier shiny, straight and smooth.
Stylist: Bobby Rai was super helpful answered every question. Did Phenomenal work. I highly recommend him.

Bobby answered numerous questions I had. He is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely kind. My daughter requested a hair service I was hesitant about, but he was able to provide pros and cons. We were very satisfied and glad we found him. I would definitely recommend him.

Bobby is great! I started scheduling with him 5 months ago. I didn’t come with your average hair request- I had pink hair and a funky style, and still do today! He cares about your hair. My hair has less breakage since Bobby started taking care of it. Book him! You won’t be disappointed!

Go See Bobby! He is fantastic and saved my hair. I had dry, damaged, over bleached hair that wouldn't grow. It was a mess. I thought I would have to buy wigs and hats to cover my head. I was so embarrassed. But Bobby is a lifesaver. He is absolutely a professional, warm, funny, and takes care of you 100%. He gave me instructions on how to care for my hair and now it is growing.
