“Just stopped in recently to see about changing our phone plan. They're right on the corner of a super giant shopping center with parking, but it's across the front, very busy entrance so be careful! When we entered, we were greeted immediately and someone asked why we were there. He let us know a ton of details and that he was "just" the attendant not a sales person but he was super knowledgeable right from the start with we appreciate. They have great options for unlimited data and phones and adding lines to your plan. If we ever decide to change, this is the location we'd come to!”

“Excellent customer service at Gosford location. Very polite & respectful.I decided to discontinue my service since now that T-Mobile offers internet. I'm always looking for other options to save & this was a big savings.I also disconnected my lineline, cable and return my two DVRs which is another $85 savings. Overall $150 in savings. I use Ruko with Disney plus & Amazon Prime at a fraction of the cost. Fantastic savings!”

He knows how to read his customers and brought me some extras to look at like a case and screen protector and charger. Things I would not have got from tmoble otherwise. Chris was amazing! He got my new phone setup and transferred. Had me run through my apps and make a call to check everything was working. Even got us upgraded on a new plan. Absolutely great customer service and experience with our visit.”
