I purchased furniture from this hell place and the manager and his employees were so rude. They didn't act professionally. When they came to assemble my furniture they cracked my dining table. The wine rack on the side was missing a piece. Manager said they would fix it but they never came. I called multiple times and he was upset and didn't want to help. He refused to talk to me because he said he needs to speak to the man of the house. Idk why he just didn't want to speak with me since I'm the one who paid for it. I will never purchase from this place again nor will I recommend anyone purchasing from Ihome furniture. Worse place ever. They also charged me for two night stands! When I only purchased two. It was a run around with them. I did get my money back from the second night stand but horrible place.

We are downsizing and so we were looking for furniture, we ended up buying a table here. They have a lot of nice things here, and they have good prices; however, the guy that first approached us the first time we visited said if we paid the table cash price we would get a discount. The 2nd time we came, he charged us the full price. He lied to us. It's fine if we don't get a discount. We didn't come here for a discount; we came for a table, but don't make promises and not keep them. After we paid the table in full, we asked them to deliver the table in 2 weeks because we wouldn't be ready yet and less than a week later during work hours while we were working at home a delivery truck pulls up delivering the table. My husband was trying to tell the delivery guy we were working and it was scheduled and they came too early, but they just dropped it off and we just took it because who knows what would happen next. This place has nice furniture, but I wouldn't come back. I didn't like the way business was handled. They seem like nice people, but I just didnt like the experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone here.

I recently furnished a entire house of mine with Ifurniture. They have excellent quality and great customer service. I highly recommend this place due to their prices, quality, and service!!!Will definitely shop with them if I need furniture in the future!!

I have driven by this place many times since I work about two minutes from this location and was pleasantly surprised when I walk in. At first glance it's a little small but it's full of many wonderful pieces that I was able to take home and honestly at the most amazing prices in town. They were friendly and helpful and were able to accommodate me buying my pieces a month before I move in. I have my eye on some things there and hope to return to continue furnishing my first place!

One star only cause the man was nice. Ii bought two dressers they drawers do not stay on the tracks to pull them in and out. Spray paint all over the place. Wood chipped on inside hopefully there's no termites in the wood that I just noticed. These we're true on together. I was gonna call when I first got them but life happens and you get busy. They won't last long with teenage boys. So not but from here called today to tell them about their dresses and right away we can't do anything when she wouldn't even hear me out saying all I may need is new tracks on the inside of the dresser.

Extremely happy with their costumer service. I had a small issue with my Vanity and with no hesitation they told me that they would order a new one for me. They had fast shipping witch it made me happy. The workers there are amazing. I would definitely shop there again. Its been 3 months since I paid for my furniture its been a month since it was in transit and now is going on 5 days since I've been waiting on my refund I guess there's not much I can do ??♀️ we look at theses reviews and keep shopping there so I guess that's what I get

Very rude customer service. Went to find new furniture and was met with very rude hospitality. The lady had dark brown hair and seems to hate helping people! Will not be giving this location another chance.

This place deserves a —0 star rating! Most awful terrible furniture and service. Bought brand new leather couches already broken. Still waiting on my bedroom set been over 1 month already. SHOP here AT YOUR OWN RISK
