My very first visit here was overwhelming and I thought I didn't like it but after finding it necessary to check here for an item that other craft stores no longer carried I have become a regular. Several items I have found to be less expensive for the same quality of item, not to mention that they actually still carry products that used to be carried by other retailers. So glad I gave this store another chance!

Didn't have an issue until today when the manager refused to discount a 2 piece item that was missing an item that I found at a different location. It is not my fault you sell incomplete items thus making me find the missing part at a different store.
