I called to ask about a specific bolt, was told they are not open to the public, that I would have to make an account, tried to create an account with my tax ID number and was told they are not accepting new accounts and was hung up on... worst customer service ever.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Some kid named Jacob claims to own this "10 million" dollar business & that I'm some kind of peasant, can't wait to see him in person. This little guy needs social skills & some manners. Weather he's the owner of this so called "10 million " dollar business or not he needs watch his mouth & not say s*** to people he doesn't know. I'll never shop here I'd rather go to Budgit Bolts any day of the week anyway just like I told him, they treat you better & they also have everything you can think of most likely at a better rate.
