This location gave me a car that was extremely dirty. Couldn’t get a live person to ask if they had time on my lunch hour to have it washed. Instead I was stuck in a loop of prompts with no resolution. To make matters worse there was no windshield wiper fluid in to assist with cleaning the windshield of the 4000 dead bugs from the previous renter. Disappointing experience from a location I refer clients to on a weekly basis.I don't suggest this location.

Rented an electric car for the second time. I thought I'd try again and I had a coupon. Hertz did not have that vehicle charged for the second time. I had to wait a couple of hours before the vehicle had enough charge to drive off. I missed my meeting in Las Vegas. That's going to cost me big time. Not only that they did not have the car or the vehicle I had reserved. It was a nice vehicle but it had all wheel drive meaning it used more electricity it had to be charged for a longer period of time. If you're going to rent an electric vehicle make sure it is charged to at least 80% before you leave Hertz. I would call the evening before or day before and remind them to have the damn thing charged up.

Front office staff is friendly & professional.We canceled our original trip due to the car needing maintenance & returned the car earlier than planned.I would be weary of renting from this location again if maintenance staff is not keeping up with the cars’ safety needs.Washer fluid should not be low, it’s a visibility safety issue. The engine’s life is dependent on oil changes & it’s a risk for the client to be driving a car without proper maintenance.We hope this location improves the quality of cars they rent out to clients.Only because the front office staff is polite we would consider trying this location again, but we might continue to go out of our way & rent from the airport location in the future as they’ve not given us cars that need maintenance.

My wife and I rented a car at district location for a weekend trip. Picked the car up and it was filthy, they told me the guy who cleans the cars went home early (it was 1pm) and they could put us in an electric car. I told them we're going on a trip and not really wanting to have to charge it, could they just clean it but they said they were short staffed. We took it and had to go to have it cleaned inside and out at a car wash before our trip. When returning the car, my wife drove it into the parking lot and I was following in our personal car to pick her up. A guy in the parking lot was yelling at her to park a certain way and waving his arms like a wild man apparently trying to direct me to another parking area on the other side of the building. I parked and went over to ask the guy why he was yelling at my wife and he said I run this lot and she needs to park how I say. He went on to say that they are closing and we should have returned the car earlier. It was 4pm and they close at 430pm so maybe he needed a watch. He also said the car was "kinda dirty" and that they need to come back clean like they go out. I told him it was filthy when we picked it up and it's now cleaner than when we took it. That apparently angered him a lot. He said he cleans them, he's been doing it for years and kept on and on about it so we walked away from him to go inside. The young man inside was friendly and told me the car was fine. I don't think I'll be back here as long as that guy outside is there "cleaning" the cars and yelling at people.

We rented a Chevy and it was a nice car but it was electric and cost to much to charge it at a charging station.

They're a great place to rent from! Staff are friendly and polite. I've rented from them a few times now and I get the impression that they're a real team. It's great to see. Whenever I need to rent a car, it'll be from these guys!

I made reservations 3 weeks in advance showed up they didn’t have the car I reserved the manager said they haven’t had impalas for years.he tried scamming me by telling me he was giving me a up grade by giving me a smaller car ya right I went to enterprise got what I was looking for if you don’t have the car when I reserve it that’s fine but don’t lie to me

I was billed for a card that I did not get because they had an extra $200 deposit that you have to put down so I didn’t get the car and they still billed me $95 never returned.

Take your buisness elsewhere. Small Hispanic man with lisp tried charging me $162 for a half of tank of gas when I was told that my deposit would be kept if I didn't fill. Even offered to pay well over what gas would have costed. $12 a gallon is absolutely insane. Never have I ever been charged such a high fuel premium apt a rental company.
