I used to bring all of my vehicles to this place. The crew that was here before the new crew now, was A lot more polite and personal with me. I never had issues taking any of my cars there to get the oil changed. Just recently I took one of the same cars I’ve taken for years to get the oil change and they refuse to do it because it has a minor oil leak. i’ve never been told that before. And he lied to me and told me that my oil filter was swollen. Have never heard anything like that in my life. So I got frustrated and told them to shut my hood and I left. They did nothing to try to make it right . They lost a loyal customer. Because I went to another place just down the street and they took care of me just fine. I don’t normally go this direction as far as racial. But as I pulled in, I was not greeted very well, as if I was bothering them, and the young man that lied to me was more like a skunk than being helpful. So I didn’t feel very comfortable nor welcome. I missed the old crew. Those guys were great and always took care of me. Good luck with these new guys xpress. I would advise anybody non-white not to go to this facility. And I really hate saying that.

I really appreciated how they took the time to help me understand the parts and maintenance of the car I own now, which is a lot different than my old truck. He even pulled out their service manual for me. I’ve been going there for years, and will continue to do so.

Very nice people, guy told me if I bought the windshield wipers and head lights and decided to go back he would put them on for free,so I did. We've gone there for a few years now, dudes are solid.

Friendly staff but a bit pricey. Oil change costs about 50% more than a synthetic oil change on the coast ($111 vs $72 after military discount).

I personally will never go back there. They have a sign up in their service department that says at 3000 miles we will check all of these areas on your vehicle. I was every bit of 4000 plus and they did nothing but change my oil and air filter and cost me $190.00When it was Brandon's I never had a complaint. All of my fluid levels were not looked at. Very disappointed!!
