I compared their prices to other hardware stores including Lowe's and they buy far beat everyone and the quality of the tools and the tarps that I purchased were excellent.

This particular store was a bit dark and dingy walking in. I almost thought the power had gone out. The store was busy, and once again, not one person was found to ask for help. Two of the items I came to purchase were not stocked on the shelf. The cashier was friendly and polite, but that is about it. I'd much rather go to the store on White Lane. I would actually drive the extra distance every time.

This is the worst harbor freight I've been to. The staff sucks and not enough registers. Also for some reason the entrance gate thing on the inside is always broken so they funnel you around and have outgoing and incoming people going through a narrow small space
