David R. Was a great salesman to work with! Polite, friendly from the moment we stepped on the lot until the moment we left with not one but two cars because his great service!! All the staff was great and we will continue to be Kia customers! Andre in finance was great help and very helpful! We definitely will continue to be Kia customers! I would leave 0 starts if I could for the service department!! I bought a “certified” used car from them and I have had nothing but blown bald tires and their response when I took it was “we can’t do anything the original tires are not on it” no kidding they are in the trunk I can’t drive with blown tires and one donut and two babies in my back seat! These tires were not up to par and unfortunately because their “standards” kept changing they refused to be of any help. I will never purchase a vehicle from them ever again because they clearly do not care about the safety of their customers! I’d be embarrassed to be a part of that team with such negligence. To top it off they said they couldn’t cover one of the tires because it was dirty!! What do you think happens when a bad tires blows it’s not going to stay sparkling clean!

The customer service is horrible im not sure what their problem is but it is the most unprofessional place i have ever been big inconvenience not being open for oul change on Saturdays lady slammed door in my face then wouldn't give me her name had to take a day off during the week to get oil changed and then tells me that a 2022 telluride with 22000 miles on needs 200$ of extra stuff on top of oil change to prevent engine failure ...really 22000 miles 2022 telluride this is a horrible businessi live in bakersfield it sucks but im going to fresno to get oil change from now on very disappointing

Had a great experience here last week. We worked with Eduardo Lopez. He wasn’t the typical, pushy car salesman. We had informed him of a bad experience at another dealership in town, and he did everything he could to make us comfortable, and not feel pressured for a sale. I highly recommend Eduardo!

I dropped my Kia Rio 2022 and the car is not braking properly and generating thumping sound.
After talking to Kia USA customer service they have advised it is unsafe to drive that car and asked to drop at nearest Kia service center.
I dropped it at Haddad Kia for diagnostics and repairs, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.
The manager said they will diagnose the car in a week and didn’t provide me a loaner vehicle all the time.
The service team agent Dulce Castro kept my car in the queue for weeks without performing the necessary diagnostics.
Communication was poor, with minimal updates and vague explanations about the delays. I was kept on phone waiting line for hours.
This level of service is unacceptable. I expected timely and thorough diagnostics and repairs, but instead, I received prolonged delays and unresolved issues. I hope Haddad Kia can do better.

this dealership is not professional. my niece took my car for checking and a recall. 2 weeks ago. still there no answer and not done. if you take your car for a repair you most have a car to drive.
