Got my brake pads replaced here. I had new rotors before I got them replaced (did these at a different shop). Less than two weeks after replacing my brake pads at this shop my new rear rotors were all scratched up and now my car squeals when it brakes. I went back to ask them why the squeaking was occurring but they claimed it’s because my rotors are warped. The rotors were less than a year old! The rotors had no scratches on them before the job, now the rear ones are all scratched up. Their poor quality break pad job ruined my rear rotors in two weeks and instead of offering a fix they immediately jump to charging me for new rotors before even assessing the brake pad job or the rotors themselves. I wish I checked the reviews sooner. Avoid at all costs!

Do not go. Here they only steal from you or don't do a good job. My sensors no longer work after changing 2 tires. That or they went bankrupt.
Consider going elsewhere. It's shady here. They either broke or stole my tire pressure sensors when changing my tires. Save yourself a headache and pay more if you have to. You can avoid a lot of trouble.

Bought four brand new tire last time. So I payed the guy after I payed he said I get a free oil change next time you comeback...absolutely don't recommend....

Overcharges, steals car parts if they cannot conclude what is wrong with your car, try making the most profit by charging you for services they did not even do.

I took my car in to get fixed and they tried charging me $700. I called bar because they didn’t fix it and were trying to over charge me for things they didn’t even do, like a diagnostic. Nothing got diagnosed. And after bar made them take off charges they got mad and stole parts out of my car and Ruined the inside, I can’t prove it was them so bar won’t do anything about that. Avoid here at all cost. They have a horrible owner or manager. They’re not an ethical business at all. I highly recommend going up the street to big ol tires though because they always show me what’s wrong with my car and ask me if I want to get it fixed. They’re the ones who told me about bar. Big ol tires is very ethical and trust worthy since I don’t know too much about cars.

They fixed my truck and gave me a payment facility with a financial company to pay 2,600 in repairs. With a payment of $400 a month. It was an unexpected expense and composure was a necessity. I have 3 months of warranty so far. All good

Gutierrez Tires was recommended to me by a friend. I limped my car to their shop and was given a quote . I left it there overnight. The following day, I was there when they opened. They were just finishing. The work they did on my car was extensive, yet they held to the price I was quoted. I will be going there for all my future repairs or maintenance. This is the most honest shop in town. They have serviced my car multiple times from holes in a tire to more serious work. They've never tried to get over on me. Instead they're completely honest with the state of my car and what I can do vs what I should do. I trust them with my vehicle and their prices are fair for the work being done.
