My father went to go get his car done recently because his car wasn't starting so he told them to fix it everything and come to find out they barely fixed but a few bolts and screws and left the car to sit didn't take it out for test drive nothing. Nothing got fixed at all there and charged him 850 like this is ridiculous for 850 the car is suppose to be running and not burning etc

Got a flat tire in Kernville during Whiskey Flat Days this weekend. Put on the spare...no one open in Lake Isabella to repair my tire so hobbled down the canyon to East Bakersfield on my spare tire, where the Gutierrez Tire team patched my flat tire and had it remounted on my car in 15 minutes, plus charged me an incredibly reasonable price for their work. I was also very impressed by their friendliness and courtesy and the cleanliness of their shop! Thank you!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We took our car here because we were having problems with it they fixed it the first time and said we have warranty but we have been coming back several times for it to get fixed and each time it’s something new that they fix. The last couple of times we had told them it was the head gaskets and if they could take a look. They didn’t look at them and they said it was something else. Took the car back in like a week ago we hadn’t heard from them so we have them a call and they said it’s the head gaskets and they hadn’t been doing anything to the car it had just been sitting there. They said they were waiting for us to call but all the other times they called us. Now they want to charge us more than $800 to fix the head gaskets after we told them the first couple of times to take a look. Now they say the warranty doesn’t cover the head gaskets. They also charged us for gas which I didn’t mind but they also left their McDonald’s receipt and wrappers in our car. Worst service ever. Do not recommend.
