I entered the building of Goodwiil on Coffee and the music was so load it was ridiculous! I could not believe it, you could not have a conversation with a person without yelling. What is wrong with this place. People do not have any good common sense any more. I had to leave. Maybe if I was 14 on summer vacation with nothing better to do.

Two days in a row we go after I get off work to try to get my daughter clothes for a camping trip and the employees close the dressing room. They don't say why and it wasn't at the same times. Monday it was just after 7pm, today just after 6pm. Would have been great if a sign was posted if it had certain hours so we didn't waste our time. A guy was there wanting to try on jeans for work and was turned away. When are working people going to be able to try on stuff? There were plenty of employees. A couple just wandering around the store. I'm not going to buy something I can't try on to be scammed and not be able to return it because employees were too lazy to open the dressing room. So we went plan B and changed in the middle of the store. Saw a few other customers doing the same. On top of this, the setup is a pain. Color coordinated instead of by size. I try to give this location business but each time is a bad experience, bad employees.

Employees are rude!! Things are overpriced! A gentleman & I were in line, there was no one else in line, there was only one register open and so we moved closer to where that one was and then some other people got in another line that was close to the first register and three different employees told us the gentleman and I that we had to go to the back of the other line when we had clearly been there when there was no one else there at all. When I tried to explain that to the other cashier, she was very rude, and then they made the gentleman that had been directly behind me go all the way to the back of this other line that had now appeared, but those people had all just walked up and the employees we were trying to tell them that there had been no one there when we were already at the register, but they would not listen. Extremely employees here.

Goodwill in general has increased their prices like crazy. Dollar tree items being sold for $3-$5! Used! Like what! Friendly staff and well organized but man, what’s the point of thrifting and trying to be sustainable

Do you have time to spare? Are you patient? Looking for bargains? Well, you may want to head on over to this Goodwill store. We dropped by on a Sunday morning. Store looks good from the outside. When you step inside the store, though, it does not impress. There is a sort of musty odor, but it should not come as a surprise cause all the merchandise has been donated by good folks. They do not carry brand new merchandise here. Although some stuff do have their original sticker tags. Wifey found some great deals on name brand clothing. She was very happy which made me very happy! Happy wife means happy life!! Check out this Goodwill if you have the time. Never know what you may find.

Goodwill owner, do you drop prices on items you sell?If so, do you remove the previous price or put the new lower price right on top of the old price?CRISTINA, (6/23/23)your teller seemed to make me feel as if I did something wrong…She literally got the item I was going to purchase and took at least a minute to remove two tags that were right on top of the original price that i didn’t even notice, scratching it off with her nail… to tell me… “this is for 9.99 do you want it?” I said, “it’s priced for 4.99?”Then she responded, “someone put a sticker over the real price for 6.99 and then put another for 4.99, that’s not the price, it sells for 9.99, do you want it?”.I responded “No”.So please goodwill owner, answer the questions I asked. Many people shop to get a good price, and if I was will to pay 9.99 for the item I would have purchased it, but having staff treat you in that manner that I was treated is not correct. I chose to pay for the other items I wanted and left. The day may come that someone will make a scene for that type of treatment. I guess in my situation, me the costumer, was wrong.

Wow !!! I can honestly say I'm completely confused on the pricing of items at this Goodwill. I've shopped at 3 different Goodwill's this weekend and their prices are the same... 4.99 for shorts, regardless of the brand. I'm talking Volcom , Quicksilver, O'Neil. It doesn't matter. 4.99. mens pants 7.99, regardless of the brand. Lucky ? , O'Neill, 501 Levi's. 7.99. I picked up a pair of pants that were new, 12.99 was the price of the pants at whatever store they came from. 12.99 is what goodwill was asking. WOW and there was a pair of lucky brand jeans for 24.99. like I said I'm completely confused. You really need to stop price gouging people with items that are donated. Prices are already going up on everything already. And if your just going to paste your same reply that you paste on everybody else who's speaking the truth, please save it for someone else. Thank you.

Stopped in to see what's in after holidays, customer service was excellent. After holidays there seemed to be many brand new items still boxed for prices that were such a steal. Items were organized and not everywhere like your usual after the holiday shopping stores. Would definitely come back to this jewel.
