I asked one question, "are your dressing rooms open?" and got snubbed by an employee (heavy set African American woman). "No!" She snapped. It was 6pm an hour and half before the signage says they close the fitting rooms. I noticed that after the fact. The employee was throwing merchandise from the fitting rooms onto the literal sales floor in a giant pile and her presence was just extremely off putting as she stomped around mumbling things to herself as she pouted for having to do her job. I did not make that mess to get treated as I did was not okay. I set down everything I had planned on purchasing where I found it which is more than I should've done due to not wanting to do business at a place that has such poor service. I personally work and manage in retail. I totally get how it can be at times. This individual was just very rude and had a terrible presence. A little advice: How about we keep up the nearly empty store so we don't get overwhelmed during the end of the day and take it out on unsuspecting guests.

They have some good prices on clothing I bought few shirt for 2.99 each up which is fair. Staff was nice and they lots of selection of things.

Color of week its a joke! They set a color for 50% and ok every item with first letter of color or tag right! Well now are coming up with the shit if its only on clothing everything else doesnt matter!! Wtf!! Then make a sign big enough to be read! WE SWITCH RULES NOW ITS ONLY ON CLOTHING!!

Nice clean store. Not too big where it's overwhelming. The workers do a good job at sorting and color coordinating the clothing. The people who receive the donations are always very friendly. The only negative was a very long SLOoOoOw line...

Very organized and well maintained by the staff. They have a good variety of goods and furniture, not just clothes. Staff is polite and fast with checkout.

I’m not one to write a review let alone a bad one, but as a former associate in management ( no less ) to have worked for this company for several years I take this very seriously.Today I donated several items ( not trash ) from a recent move & downsizing drastically, that I felt proud to donate to an organization that I had thought highly of.It was early morning, I’m sure the crew was just preparing for the day, I pulled in behind a car that had just dropped off some donations.I get out of my car and addressed the attendant in the donations area, I received no reply, I shrugged it off and preceded to take out boxes from my trunk and backseat.The attendant was so careless with my items I was almost ready to take it back, I heard glass items hitting as she put my boxes into a blue bin. Still I help her thinking that she would be more gentle with the rest, No !!!I’m sorry to say I didn’t see a name tag for this employee but I was just trying to help her as much as I could because there were some people behind me as well…Now I’m going to say chalk it up to a bad morning, no I will call it pure an unapologetic work ethics…. Never would I want to show someone who is donating items to your organization that may be helping her ( I have no idea) but be proud, be grateful & be honored that this company is expecting you to be the face, smile and Have a Great Day. Thank you for your donations.Just wish they understood how important those donations are to this organization.

Whoever are pricing the clothes here at this Goodwill needs to be fired asap!!! Or hire someone that's knowledgeable when it comes to name brand etc...
